Current
situation

Analysing the three proposed case areas,
the team has decided to focus on improv-
ing the showroom experience of the Vero
Moda business customers. Using the in-
formation provided by you and the team’s
observations in the field, we came to the
conclusion that the intention of Vero Moda
to transfer all the business activities to
DIRECT platform needs to be reflected
in the showroom experience as well, and
while a buyer can already scan the want-
ed items in the DIRECT App, it is still not
enough to fully engage both the sales
people and the buyers.

Goals The final vision of the new concept is
to encourage both buyers and Vero

sales approach into a digital form. The
purpose of the new solution was meant
to transform the usage of DIRECT in the
showroom from optional to necessary.
However it wasn’t intended to insistently
push the new platform, but rather make
it a part of an exciting experience which
would make the usage of DIRECT a
natural step.

Proposed solution

To solve the case and reach the goals
described previously, the team proposes
the following concept.
VERO MODA SHOWALL. A digital
interactive platform, which would visualise
the buyer’s shopping cart, but it would
do more than that, by giving the user
the possibility to interact with the items
by combining them, receive background
information and also remove them from
the cart while still being in the Vero Moda
showroom. It would also give the buyer a
image of how their shop would look like
with the new Vero Moda fashion items.
SHOWALL primarily connects the physical
world of the showrooms and the fashion
items with the digital realm of the DIRECT
platform.

We decided it would be beneficial to keep The actions that can be taken within the

The next step is to approach the screen
and have an overview of the selected items.

Design

The design of SHOWALL follows the
simplicity of the Vero Moda brand. To
create a continuity in the experience and
content consistency, the similar images
of the items from DIRECT are displayed
on SHOWALL, as well as similar icons,
fonts and information package. The
user shouldn’t feel a disruption in the
transition from the showroom experience
to placing the order in DIRECT.

To make the experience more
personalised, the user can choose from
a variety of backgrounds for the digital
shop so it would acquire a more familiar
appearance.
