BAHAGIAN PENGURURUSAN LATIHAN
KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA (BPL)

Memastikan KKM mempunyai tenaga manusia yang
terlatih dan kompeten bagi menyokong sistem
penyampaian kesihatan negara

• Menggubal dan mengkaji semula dasar latihan KKM
yang strategik dan responsif

• Menyediakan unjuran keperluan tenaga manusia
kesihatan selaras dengan nisbah keperluan
mengikut norma yang ditetapkan

• Membangunkan pelan latihan tenaga manusia
kesihatan yang komprehensif dan sesuai dengan

keperluan tahap kompetensi perkhidmatan anggota

• Memastiakn usaha penambahbaikan berterusan
dilaksanakan di dalam perancangan dasar dan
program latihan KKM

• Meningkatkan pembangunan Institusi Latihan KKM

• Melaksanakan program latihan berpandukan
kurikulum yang telah diperakukan oleh Bahagian

Pengurusan Latihan dan Lembaga Profesion masing-
masing.

• Menyediakan sumber yang sesuai dan mencukupi
bagi memastikan latihan yang berkualiti dapat
dilaksanakan.

• Menggalakkan ilmu pengetahuan dan kemahiran
terkini diperolehi menerusi Pembangunan Profesion

TRAINEE ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT

• Giving feedback is done by the course coordinator
who is responsible for providing feedback on all
academic, clinical and assessment performance to
students. All feedback given to students will be
documented in the student examination file.

• Tutorial documentation and recovery classes.

• Student attendance for lectures, tutorials and
remedial classes will be taken and checked
separately.

• Candidates achieve 90% attendance of lecture hours.
