Mixing cap colors or models on an order:

Colors: A minimum order of 25 pieces is required per hat/cap
color. Colors can be mixed (with minimums of 25 per color)
to meet a larger logo price break, providing that the logo and
configuration remain the same.

Models: Cap/Hat models cannot be mixed to meet a Logo
price break.
Logo Archiving: Bullard will archive Logos for up to 24 months.
If a Logo has not been used within 2 years, we request that new
artwork be submitted.
Submitting new artwork: Camera ready artwork is preferred.
Camera ready art is defined as any logo that has been prepared
for corporate stationary. It should have crisp, clean edges. If the
Logo has more than one color and the colors touch, we suggest
color-separate artwork. Please supply a composite along with the
color separations.
Notes: Ink colors may vary slightly when printed on different hard hat
colors. We do not recommend printing light colors on dark color caps
because the cap color may show through.
If you cannot supply camera ready artwork, please provide two samples of
business cards or letterhead for logo reproduction. Faxed copies will not
be accepted. Non-camera ready artwork requires us to scan and redraw
your logo. Bullard does not charge additional for this; however, allow up to
5 working days for the artwork to be recreated and submitted for approval.

How the PTR works:

upward pressure by lifting the PTR sufficiently to pucker the
