According to The Metropolis Committee Meeting No. 4/2020 - 2021 on 27th March 2021, it was resolved to hold the Annual
General Meeting of Co-owners in 2021 (3rd years) on Sunday 20th June 2 0 2 1 from 10:0 0 - 1 2 :0 0 hrs. at the parking lot P5B floor and
according to the condominium Act. 2522 under Section 42/1, The Condominium Juristic Person must be held the Annual General Meeting
of Co-owners within 120 days from the end of the accounting year for the following activities:
1. To consider and approve the Balance Sheet.
2. To consider the Annual report.
3. To appoint the auditors.
4. To consider other issues.
However, due to the outbreak situation of COVID-19, The government has ordered various preventive measures including
announcements from the Department of Disease Control has given the COVID-19 to be a dangerous communicable disease under
the Communicable Disease Act.2015 and announcement of the Samut Prakan Province to order on disease prevention measures for reducing
the transmission of Coronavirus or COVID-19 (No.7) about the activities that are at risk of spreading COVID-19, such as meetings, seminars and
other items must organized with a maximum of 20 participants, there are ongoing reports about the rapidly expanding outbreak in different
regions of the world. This may affecting to the annual general meeting of co-owners that many co-owners are gathering together
Therefore, we need to postpone general conference
In accordance with the announcement of the Department of Lands on the Annual General Meeting of Condominium Juristic
Persons under the Condominium Act 2522, during the epidemic situation of Coronavirus Infection or COVID-19,The Manager need to notify
the reason, necessity to postpone the Annual General Meeting until the situation returns to normal to be informed to the co-owners.
The Metropolis Condominium Juristic Person has posted announcement of the balance sheet and the Annual Report in advance
at the elevators hall area of A Building, B Building and C Building and sending documents via electronic medias. If the situation
returns to normal, The Metropolis Condominium Juristic Person will schedule the meeting date and inform to co-owners and preparing
the completed meeting documents forwarding to the co-owners

Agenda 3.2.3 : To consider postponement of Annual General Meeting of the Co-owners in 2021
(3rd years) due to the outbreak of the communicable disease coronavirus or COVID-19
According to The Metropolis Committee Meeting No. 4/2020 - 2021 on 27th March 2021,it was resolved to hold the Annual
General Meeting of Co-owners in 2021 (3rd years) on Sunday 20th June 2021 from 10:00 - 12:00 hrs. at the parking lot P5B floor
However, due to the outbreak situation of COVID-19, The government has ordered various preventive measures including
announcements from the Department of Disease Control has given the COVID-19 to be a dangerous communicable disease under
the Communicable Disease Act.2015 and announcement of the Samut Prakan Province to order on disease prevention measures for
reducing the transmission of Coronavirus or COVID-19 (No.7) about the activities that are at risk of spreading COVID-19, such as
meetings, seminars and other items must organized with a maximum of 20 participants
Performing under the Condominium Act B.E. 2522 (1979) shall be conformed with government prevention measures for
preventing the transmission of disease to people, in connection with annual general meeting of co-owner which it must be held
within 120 days as from the end of accounting calendar year for certify balance sheet and annual report under Section 42/1 of the
condominium Act B.E. 2522, Department of Lands shall issue the recommendation announcement as follows;
1. Juristic person of condominium which due to hold the annual general meeting, during the transmission of Coronavirus
2019 or COVID-19 shall be deemed that it is necessity which falls under unavoidable situation. General meeting might be
postponed until the situation is recovered to normal condition. Condominium Juristic Person manager shall notify co-owners the
above-mentioned reason and necessity. Condominium Juristic Person manager shall conduct balance sheet and annual report for
submitting to the general meeting. When the situation is recovered to normal condition and the meeting can be held, shall post
balance sheet and annual report to notify the co-owner in advance.
2. In case there is an unavoidable necessity, shall publicize co-owner to authorize representative to attend the meeting to
reduce attendant or might use teleconference via electronic media under the prescribed law.
Operation guidelines of the building management
1. Send the letter of postponement of Annual General Meeting of the Co-owners in 2021 (3rd years) due to the outbreak
of the communicable disease coronavirus or COVID-19 to co-owners of The Metropolis Condominium Juristic Person
2. Send the letter of postponement of Annual General Meeting of the Co-owners in 2021 (3rd years) due to the outbreak
of the communicable disease coronavirus or COVID-19 to Department of Lands
3. to be informed to the co-owners of The Metropolis Condominium Juristic Person has posted announcement of the
balance sheet and the Annual Report in advance at the elevators hall area of A Building, B Building and C Building and
sending documents via electronic medias
4. If the situation returns to normal, The building management will inform the committee to considering the new meeting
date and inform to co-owners again
Therefore, We need to postponement of Annual General Meeting of the Co-owners in 2021
The meeting resolved : Approved to postpone of Annual General Meeting of the Co-owners in 2021 (3 rd years) due to
the outbreak of the communicable disease coronavirus or COVID-19 until the situation returns to normal.
