1. MY FM in the collaboration with the RMV Society organized Ranrez -6 in which
Painting of Samrin Bano of class IX was selected in top 20 paintings. Paintings of 10
students were also selected in Top 100 paintings.
2. Pratik Devpura was awarded as Best Student by Aishwarya College, Udaipur.
3. Students participated in Inter School Poetry Competition organized by Sarva Matri
Sangh.
4. Primary class boys participated in Inter School Football Competition organized by
Step By Step School, Udaipur.
5. In Heartfulness Essay Competition 5 students essays were selected as best essays.
SPORTS ACTIVITIES REPORT
School celebrated a ‘No Bag Day’ in each month. This no bag day was used for
all round development of the child. In the first half various competitions were
held and in the second half many sports events were organized for the physical &
mental fitness of the children. Different races and sports competitions were
organized for all the classes.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Women Health Talk
Good self-care is the single most important aspect of our health. Famous
Gynecologist Mrs. Sheetal Kaushik discussed common gynecologic problems. For
women health care school arranged a talk show with collaboration with Fortis
Hospital with the aim of empowering women with the knowledge they need to
take control of their own health through making informed health decisions, and to
seek appropriate and timely care and managing the processes of illness and
wellness by focusing on daily exercise, meditation and healthy diet.
Teachers Orientation Program on Child Psychology by RMTTC
The school organized a Teachers Orientation Program focusing on child
psychology, integrated learning, classroom management and effective
communication. Dr. Charu stressed on the need to adopt child psychology-centric
pedagogy in classroom management so that the teachers may be able to know why
a child is behaving in a particular way. She said children are like flower buds,
which, if handled inappropriately, may not be able to develop their full potential.
Terming teachers as the second parent, he said the onus lies on them to become
change agents for societal transformation.
Extra Marks Teaching Training
From 7th to 9th November 2019 a three day subject wise Extra Marks Digital
Training was organized by the school after the school hours. Miss Preeti
displayed the working and available options of Extra Marks classes. She
motivated teachers to use digital classes effectively. She described each and every
tool available in the software and also explained the procedure of question paper
and worksheet preparation.
PARENTS ORIENTATION PROGRAM
The school organized two Parents’ Orientation programs in the session 2019-20.
In these programs parents were guided about growth of the child, their behavioral
changes according to age and good parenting techniques.
The parents were briefed about the rules and regulations of the school. Later,
respective teachers gave an overview of the various subjects and the activities
which would be undertaken in the year ahead. Not to forget, the co-scholastic
activities were also discussed that gave the parents an idea of the curriculum
which is self-directed with hands-on learning activities that not only give our
students a medium to fully utilize their creative talents and energies, but also help
them in their all-round development.
WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS
Health & Hygiene Workshop
Effective menstrual hygiene is vital to the health, dignity, mobility, well being,
and empowerment for billions of women and girls worldwide. Menstruation is a monthly
reality for them. Myths, poor menstrual hygiene, stigma, ill health and harmful gender
norms around menstruation can lead to school absenteeism and increased school
dropout rates and exacerbate the difficulties for girls and women across the world.
Keeping the same in mind an interactive workshop on menstrual health and
hygiene was conducted by Dr. Shilpa associated with Proctor and Gamble Health
Care Pvt. Ltd. in the school.
Discussions veered on orienting the Mothers’ to be aware of the physical changes in
their daughters and consult a doctor in case of doubt. They were asked to be
friendly with their daughters to create a comfortable atmosphere and practice good
menstrual hygiene such as washing and cleaning; use of sanitary napkins; how to dispose
sanitary napkins. She also briefed about the benefits of doing everyday physical exercise and
to have healthy eating habits. Video clippings were also shown to provide greater
awareness on good menstrual hygiene practices.
Seminar on Problem Solving Skills
Dr. Shilpi Kothari shared her view on problem solving skills in the workshop.
Through the presentation she discussed about the concept of problems, what skills
are needed for solving the problem, how to think various solutions, study of the
alternatives, choice the best alternative for solving the problem. During her
presentation she asked many question to the students and students shared their
views.
Career Counseling Sessions
Career decisions play a pivotal role in shaping the
future growth and development of students. On the
occasion of Career’s Day school invited two
renowned persons Mr. Nilesh Choudhary and Mr.
Gaurav Singhvi to make the children aware about
the different career opportunities. The session
aimed at exposing the students to opportunities in a
range of professional fields and of the multiple
career options available. They motivated children
to take any decision by their own choice and not
under any pressure. It was a very informative and
interactive session and students felt that such
opportunities may help them to enlighten their future.
CAMPS
SUPW Camp
Socially Useful Productive Work (SUPW) was
introduced in 1978, by the Ministry of Education to
promote Gandhian values and educational ideas
of Mahatma Gandhi. He was of the opinion that if
education is based on Socially Useful Productive Work, it
would be an instrument for personality development and
social transformation. The main aim of the education is to
make student “versatile” or “multitalented”. To develop patriotic feeling and doing
something for society that is the expectation of social work.
SUPW is an integral part of the school curriculum where senior students (class IX on wards)
can choose from a number of vocational education activities that prove beneficial in handling
day to day jobs of life. Students learn to work as a team and to work with skill and deftness.
School organized three days SUPW camp in the school premises this year also from 7th
November 2019. In this camp, several activities like First Aid Training, Detergent Making,
Handkerchief by tie and dye process, learning simple Electric Work, Cake Baking, Soft
Drink preparation, Stitching were arranged during this camp. On the last day of camp
students were allowed to perform various cultural & folk presentations. The school also
organized field trips to various places like Banks, Mahila Mandal Grah Udhyog, small scale
and cottage industries during the camp.
Scout & Guide Camp
The Scouts and Guides movement in India has an
illustrious history. The first Scout Camp was organized
in 1907 by a retired Army General Lord Baden Powell.
In or around the year 1911, a corresponding movement
was started for girls and came to be known as the
Guide Movement. The Bharat Scouts & Guides is the
largest voluntary, non-political, uniformed Youth
Organization and educational Movement in the Country
with a purpose, directing, helping boys and girls become happy, healthy ,useful citizens and
working in the field of character building of the young boys and girls, without any distinction
of caste, creed and religion. Scouting develops self-knowledge and the need to explore, to
discover, world beyond the classroom, tapping the skills of others to learn and to become
well- rounded people.
The school organized a camp for Scout & Guide Students. In this camp students learnt about
First Aid procedures, Tent Formation Layouts, Different Knots and various other activities
related to life skills. Under the guidance of guiders, students prepared delicious lunch for all
the participants. Several relay races were also organized during the camp to inculcate team
work beliefs among students.
COMMITMENT TO SOCIAL ISSUES
Road Safety Awareness Program
School gives appropriate education regarding road safety to children and makes
them aware about road safety rules and regulations and the importance of knowing
them. Education on road safety can encourage students to take necessary action
that will make children safe, secure and thereby help them to have awareness
about road safety. School organized an awareness campaign with the collaboration
of “Udaipur Traffic Police” in the month of December. Senior students of the
school motivated the citizens of the Udaipur to wear a helmet, tie seat belt and
safe driving.
Tree Plantation
In the month of July school celebrated ‘Hariyali Amavsaya’ as Tree plantation
day. This is an important step towards aforestation to maintain the ecological
balance of nature. A total of about 50 trees were planted in the school campus
and watered by the students. Students with teachers and Principal also
participated in the event. The principal expressed the importance of planting trees
and saving nature. The students were also asked to share their feeling after
planting trees.
ENVIRONMENTAL SENSIVITY
World Earth Day Rally
On the World Earth Day School participated in
the Save Earth Rally organized by District Forest
Department on 22nd April 2019. The rally started
and ended at Gulab Bagh while passing through
RMV Road, Surajpole. During the rally all
students were rythmatically saying the slogans
such as ‘ Clean India, Green India’, ‘Save
Earth’etc.
Paper Bag Distribution in the Market
The students organised an awareness drive about
leading a ‘plastic free life’ along with a ‘Paper Bag
distribution’. Students prepared lots of paper bags
in different sizes in two days. Students distributed
paper bags to shopkeepers, vegetable vendors and
fruit sellers and encouraged them to promote the
use of paper bags. The motto of this event was to
incorporate among the children the habit of
using paper bags instead of plastic, to follow eco-
friendly habits for life.
Street Play at Pichola Pal on Save Environment
Dressed in white kurta and jeans with a duppta students of The Vision Academy
School performed a street play at Pichola Pal to spread awareness about
dangerous causes of using plastic bags. Through songs and a 15- minute skit, the
youths sent across the message that protecting earth from the hazards of polythene
was in the hands of people. The street
play also explained about alternatives of
plastic like jute and cotton bags or bags
made out of recycled material like old
newspapers.
JOYFUL LEARNING
Pool Party
School organized a fun pool party on 6th May’19. Children
participated with zeal and ecstasy. Water games were
played to beat the scorching heat. Water play activities
help young children in strengthening motor skills, build
balance and the ability to propel and navigate. The
splash pool was abundantly decorated with balloons,
balls, toys and the tiny tots turned in colourful swim
suits. Kids danced on the
songs in the pool. Safety
precautions were specially taken care for the kids.
This served as the perfect time for them to create
stronger bond with their friends and just to be
happy and cheerful. The pool party ended on a high
note with refreshing juices and healthy fruits given to
students as refreshment.
Summer Cool Ramp Walk
“Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak.” School held Summer
Cool Ramp Walk on 8th May 2019 for Primary class’s students. Vibrant attires,
smashing smiles and stellar performances enthralled everyone in the school. The
gala event witnessed children walking the ramp exhibiting confidence and style.
The kids were looking very stylish and cute in their special attires, when they
were walking on the ramp along with summer accessories.
The event was to nurture young kids to build their confidence, to overcome stage
phobia, competitive spirits and increase their presentation skills.
Healthy Cooking and Salad Decoration
Cooking with children in schools encourages them to eat healthy foods and promotes the
lifetime skill of healthy cooking starting at a young age. The young chefs of the school
participated in Healthy cooking and Salad Decoration Competition organized for them.
Cooking with children is a great way to educate them about good nutrition, self-
management, healthy habits, social awareness and learn some relationship skills like
communication and teamwork.
COMPETANCY BUILDING PROGRAM
Annual Fair
The Annual School Fair kicked off with blasting start. The Vision Academy organized its
Annual Fair on Saturday, 18th January 2020. This is one of the most looked forward events
by all the students. It is a living example of how proper planning and team work can make a
huge difference in a day. The objective behind such a mega event is to achieve self-reliant
and self-sufficiency. It was a platform provided to the students to tap their hidden talent and
innovatively give shape to theoretical learning.
The function was inaugurated by Mr. Davendra Ji Shaktawat Sir President of RMV Society.
Esteemed members of the Management graced the occasion. Escorted by the Principal, Dr.
Pratima Samar, the dignitaries visited each stall and lauded the praiseworthy efforts of the
students.
The school campus witnessed great fun and frolic as the students and teachers put up stalls
like food corner, game zone, trampoline, Mickey Mouse Bounce, Selfie Corner, Shooting,
and Lucky Draw etc. Highlight of the day was nonstop dance floor for students where
students enjoyed dancing with their teachers. Guest, HODs of other units and parents
appreciated the program.
STUDENT COUNCIL
The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop
leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects.
School constituted the School Council in the school to help children develop
responsible attitudes, improve their behavior towards others. It also created a
feeling of belongingness, encouraged meaningful listening, respecting other’s
views and also developed self-confidence. The whole school students were
bifurcated into six different houses like Garnet, Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz, Amber
and Ruby. Each house had one caption and one vice caption. In school Council
Head Boy, Head Girl, Cultural Secretary, Sport Secretary and prefect of classes
were elected. On 7th July Investiture ceremony was organized. All council
members took the Oath to abide by the school rules and perform their duties with
loyalty and truthfulness.
ART INTEGATED ACTIVITIES
During the learning, school always includes Art Integrated teaching for
conceptual clarity, learning by easy methods. Several projects, posters, working
models were prepared by the students during their learning. In the month of
January one day exhibition of these projects was organized in the Activity room.
In that exhibition students displayed and presented their projects, posters,
working models and creativity. It was a platform provided to the students to tap
their hidden talent and innovatively give shape to practical learning.
HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM
Yoga Day Celebration
Yoga when practiced everyday will help cure and prevent
diseases, reduces mental tension, and provides great
cardio for a strong and fit body. It also helps correct
body posture, improve the immune system and maintain
body weight, better balance and coordination.
School celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June
2019. Several asanas were performed by teachers and
students together under guidance of Yoga Guru and PTI.
M R Vaccination
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of India has intensified the drive against Measles and
Rubella. The aim of this drive is to eliminate Measles and
Rubella from India by 2020; and this will be possible only
when 100% of children of our country in the age group 9
months till 15 years are vaccinated with the MR (Measles
and Rubella) vaccine.
In accordance with the national level drive to prevent
children falling prey to measles/rubella and with a strong
commitment of the school towards service to society, The
Vision Academy School with the collaboration of the
Government of India organized a Vaccination Camp in the
school premises on 9th August 2020. For spreading
awareness about M R disease several activities were
conducted by the school throughout the month. In this
Slogan Writing, Group Discussion, Parent’s Orientation,
Play and Puppet Show were organized. Approximate 90%
students of the school got vaccinated on this day.
Hygiene Program
A Workshop was organized for the girls of Senior Section by Rotary Club Meera. Dr. Jyoti
Phule guided the girls about problems of girls and women during menstruation. She also told
about proper use and disposal of sanitary pads.
Deworming Day
Under this program school gave Albendazole tablet to the students to protect them
from parasitic worms.
LEGAL LITERACY CLUB ACTIVITIES
On 16th August 2019, the official opening of Legal Literacy Club was done. This
club aims to work for the welfare of the general public. The main motto of this
club is to make the students aware about their rights and duties towards nation,
Society. Under this club various activities like Wall Magazine, Poster Making,
and Constitution Day celebration were organized.
PTA Activities
School organized yearly PTA meeting on 8th February 2020. In the meeting
Principal Madam presented current working of the school through the
presentation. In the presentation she discussed on all activities of the school like
monthly activities, house wise competitions, personality grooming classes. In this
meeting school also received suggestions from parent’s side. Future plans are also
discussed in the meeting.
SMC Decisions
School organized School Management Committee Meeting on 26/08/2020.
Through Presentation Principal madam presented Working Report Lockdown
period and online classes from July, Status of Admission and TC, planning of
Group discussion workshop for NEP 2020, scope of continuing Personality
Grooming Classes. Members of committee appreciated the working of the school
and gave suggestions for betterment of the school. In the meeting following
decisions are made:
1. To arrange counseling session for parent and motivate them to continue their
ward’s online study.
2. Approval for Group discussion on NEP 2020.
CO- CURRIULAR ACTIVITIES
Every activity in school life plays a significant role in development of students. Co-curricular
activities are an essential part of school life and helps in enhancing learning process of
students at school. Co-Curricular activities are compulsory activities which is important for
every student to participate. Co-curricular are designed and balanced with academic
curriculum so that every student gets to learn beyond subjects.
Co-curricular activities are meant to bring social skills, intellectual skills, moral values,
personality progress and character appeal in students. It includes athletics, cultural
events, classroom activities, creative arts and meditation etc.
Festival Celebrations
Celebrating events and festivals in our school has become an integral part of learning and
building a strong cultural belief. Such celebrations bring the students closer to each other’s
traditions and cultural beliefs and develop respect and understanding for each other’s

Literary Activities
Literary activities are fundamental to learning and their importance cannot be overstated —
it is the essential foundation of education. The ultimate aim of any education system is to
equip its children with the necessary literary, numeral and wider skills that they need to take
control of their destinies and fulfill their potential. School Organized following Literary

PERSONALITY GROOMING
Personality development is the process of developing a set of characteristics and
traits which contribute to the overall personality of a person. Various activities
like Drama, Skating, Martial Art, Dance, and Yoga training were organized during
the regular school hours for the students.
Drama Class: In drama class, students learnt about voice modulation, stage performance
tips, clear pronunciation of words and it also helped the students to overcome their stage
fear. It also improved the emotional quotient of the child and gave them emotional stability
by proper channelizing of the emotions. It improved the self- esteem of the child thus
creating a wonderful feeling of “love yourself”
Martial Art Class: Martial art classes enabled children to develop self-confidence, self-
discipline, and self-respect, as well as respect for others. Self-defense training is a special
need for kids to protect them from evils of society. Thus these classes helped the children
acquire essential personality traits required to protect themselves and others.
Yoga Class: Yoga, an elixir that works on almost every new age predicament, is not a
solution only for grown-ups but also for young children and can help them lead a better
lifestyle as they grow up. Participating in yoga at school helps achieve a peaceful body
and mind by relieving stress and anxiety in young children, improving their wellbeing and
emotional health, respiration and vitality. It also helped them in increasing flexibility,
muscle strength and body toning.
Skating Class: Skating for exercise helped kids burn off extra energy, stress reduction,
built strong muscles, and maintain a healthy weight.
Dance Class: Dance awakens new perceptions in children which help them learn and
think in new ways. Children can express and communicate their ideas and get the
opportunity to make creative decisions. Through dance students also learnt teamwork,
focusing, and creative skills.

Our aim is to be one of the leading schools in the community. It serves and is widely

shared responsibilities enable us to follow a structured approach, towards the goal of

We have made phenomenal strides in improving infrastructure and providing world class
facilities in tandem with student increase.
