The World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation
for Integral Development -WPF-is a prominent
foundation of leading successful Lebanese
businessmen and visionaries, proudly
committed to their heritage and their roots.
Founded in 2014 and presided by His
Beatitude Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Rai,
WPF is a philanthropic foundation established
as an independent religious institution subject
to the competent ecclesiastical laws of the

Following the devastating explosion that rocked
Beirut on August 4, 2020, and the unprecedented
loss of lives, injuries, and damages to homes, small
businesses, and to the Mar Mikhael church across
the Pharaon Street, the World Patriarchal Maronite
Foundation for Integral Development, launched
an international fundraising campaign to help
