Dear IOM HR Director ,

I am writing to express my sincere interest in the position of an intern at the Office of the Director
General that is currently available at your organization.
Currently I am completing my International Studies degree with a field concentration of International
Cooperation and Development and after reading the job description I believe that my background,
previous work experience and academic performance all combined make me suitably qualified for
your specific requirements.

Pursuing my degree, I obtained extensive knowledge of governmental and non-governmental
organizations, and the issues of migration, human rights and diverse humanitarian aspects have
always been within my focus of particular interest and passion. For this reason I am greatly excited
by the prospect of being able to use this knowledge, along with strong interest and commitment, to
become part of your team and gain valuable experience.

Furthermore, my previous experience of working as a CEO assistant in a challenging, multi-cultural
environment of a foreign company, has equipped me with necessary skills that allow me to efficiently
conduct research, perform a wide range of administrative duties and successfully manage
organization operations. I believe that my organizational, analytical, interpersonal and
communication skills with the flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing schedules and shifting priorities
will permit to successfully integrate to your team and make a substantial contribution to the goals of
the organization.

I am available for an interview at any time, and should you require any further information or
recommendations please do not hesitate to contact me. In the meantime I am very grateful to you for
taking the time to read my application, and I very much look forward to an opportunity to speak to
you in more detail regarding this position.

Sincerely,
Olga Klymuk
