Well said by someone, as in this world where everyone else is learning, if you don’t
take your learning seriously you will fall behind. In the same way in today’s world English
Language has become extremely important as it has become a universal language. This is because,
at one time, the British Empire had a great influence over the world. Thus, English language has its spread
throughout many continents. Possessing the knowledge of a universal language brings all the people of the world
together. We can easily understand each other and walk on the same path together. People also overcome
language barriers by speaking English. This means that we can travel, work, and interact with the other cultures.
Not only this, there are various other reasons aswell. Moreover, English is also considered to be business and
financial language. English is obviously an official language of books and literature. The fact of the matter is that
English comprises of the largest vocabulary of all the other languages on the planet. This also proves that it has
versatility and sophistication in it. It is also the unofficial language of internet. Speaking fluent English in today’s
society also denotes a certain social status.
“To have another language is to possess a second soul,” by Charlemagne.
Learning a new language gives you a chance to be a different person. If you want to make the most out of the
opportunities you are offered in life learn English.
English language in our school is also very important as our students belong to a heterogeneous group of bilingual
speakers.
English language boosts both the knowledge and linguistic skills of the students which is very crucial in this era of
increased rigor.
Last but not the least, we all will agree that ENGLISH and SUCCESS have become synonyms in today’s competitive
and challenging world.

Lifestyle means the way of living or the things we do in our daily life.
It reflects the whole range of activities, attitudes and social values of
individuals. Our lifestyle is the result of our cultural and behavioural patterns
and lifelong personal habits.
There is a very close relationship between health and lifestyle of individuals. Therefore, for the maintenance of
good health , promotion of healthy lifestyle is very important.
Modern lifestyle which has the backings of advancement in industries, auto-motion and motorization, discourages
muscular activity. The use of muscular activity saving gadgets has led to increase in number of victims of obesity,
blood pressure, peptic ulcers, headaches, etc.
These harmful effects of modern lifestyle like television viewing and use of computers, I-pad, mobiles forces
children and individuals to remain glued to such gadgets inside homes. This development, apart from creating
many health problems, is resulting in the weakening of family and communities. The only way by which we can
overcome these problems is by engaging oneself in games and sports.
Regular participation in games and sports aids in healthy growth and development, improving general wellbeing,
strengthening of muscles, bones and joints, reducing risk of diseases and preventing obesity. It also helps to
regulate sleep patterns and relieve stress.Playing games enhances our physical abilities. They make us agile and
active and serve as an immunity booster. They make us better team players and competitors .
Sports and games play a very pivotal role in everyone 's life. Therefore we should try to take out a few minutes
from our daily routine to invest in sports. I would conclude with the words of Nelson Mandela who said,"Sport has
the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little
else does.Sports can create hope where once there was only despair.".

THE Lockdown was the time when I got the opportunity to learn cooking from
COMPOSERS
my mother, grandmother and youtube.
Everyday in the evening ,we would decide which new dish we would try to
prepare the next day. We experimented with a lot of cuisines and dishes like
biscuit cakes, south Indian food, Italian and Chinese. Since my grandmother is
from Rajasthan, she also taught me Rajasthani cuisine.
It was a very happy experience. The satisfaction of cooking was great. It was
such a nice time, when my grandmother and mother would cook in the kitchen ,
at times laugh , sometimes fight and sometimes surprise each other. Every time a dish would be ready and taste good,
it would be a moment of celebration in the family.
My grandfather and father would always look forward to our new dishes. They would also reward me with chocolates
and hugs and kisses. It was a great learning experience as I learnt about so many different types a spices, their tastes
and benefits. I also learnt that cooking is an art and if done with a lot of affection and love gives good results.

On 6th August, 1945, United States of America dropped a nuclear bomb named the ‘the little boy’ on the city of
Hiroshima killing thousands of people and leaving many more exposed to the harmful nuclear radiations. This war did
no good to humanity. Using nuclear weapons is illegal and immoral. Nuclear weapons not only harm the present
generation but also effect the health of coming generations leading to deformities in mental health and physical
health.
Nuclear bombs should be completely banned. Their use has been banned but their manufacturing is still on in almost
all the powerful countries of the world. Every nation should realise that wars are not a solution to any problem.
Rather countries should come to a common solution by talking and not by lifting weapons or dropping bombs.
I plead all the nations of the world to please stop the production of nuclear bombs and weapons so that no one
suffers the way Japan did on that fatal day of 4th August, 1945.

Since early childhood, we are being told : “If money is lost, nothing is lost; if health is lost, something is lost but if
character is lost, everything is lost”. Yet we find people running after wealth from the cradle to the grave. So, it is
difficult to agree with the old saying. The truth is that human beings are made of body and soul. For those who do not
believe in soul, I would replace the word ‘soul’ with mind. As far as the body is concerned, money is of the highest
importance. We can’t maintain this body without the things which money gives us. But soul or mind is equally if not
more important for us. For them great ideas and good character is important. I Aarav personally feels that money is
inevitable part of my life but not the only thing in our lives .So I want to conclude by saying that money has an
important role to play but it is not be all and end all in our lives.

Water is that Amrita which daily sustains our life on the earth. We need water for daily use at home and for
agriculture. Drinking water is however limited. We get it mainly from the clouds and glaciers. If this resource is used
wisely, then there will be no problem. But unfortunately it is being over-exploited. Our ever-increasing population has
created scarcity of water. It is predicted that by 2025, nearly two billion people will live in absolute water scarcity. This
is a signal to be cautious enough in the use of water. Every drop of water is precious and it must not go in vain. Water
shortage is a grim reality for the cities as well as villages. We need to wake up to it now than be sorry later. We must
think about the ways to conserve this precious resource. We must conserve water in ponds and tanks. We should be
rationale towards using it. We should try our best to use water cautiously for our sale. If we continue to use it
recklessly, we will have to face dire consequences. By saving water we will save ourselves. I use it wisely…..Do you
