Guidelines to be followed
by all in the campus
01 All visitors, staff and students will have to wear a mask at all times. Entry will not be
permitted without a mask.
02 All visitors coming to the branch will have to go through thermal scanning. Record of
which will be maintained at the gate.
03 Entry would be prohibited in case the person is suffering from fever or showing any other
symptoms like coughing, sneezing or cold and the principal will be informed.
04 All visitors will sanitize their hands with the sanitizer present at the gate.
05 All should carry their own handwash, sanitizer and should sanitize themselves at regular
intervals.
06 All the teachers and staff must download Aarogya Setu app from a trusted govt. site or
from Google Play Store and keep their Bluetooth and location on at all times.
07 All should maintain a distance of six feet among each other and follow social distancing
strictly at all times.

Guidelines to be followed

08 Consumption of tobacco or smoking will not be permitted in the campus. Spitting in the
campus premise will be strictly prohibited.
09 All should maintain a safe distance while greeting someone . Greet with JAI JAGAT
instead of a handshake.
10 Any object or dak that comes to the campus will be sanitized or left untouched for at least
24 hours.
11 All should bring their own food and other necessary stuff to avoid sharing and eat at the
designated areas maintaining social distancing .
12 Cleaning and sanitization of all areas and frequently touched things to be done at regular
intervals.
13 Posters/signs and visuals to remind staff, visitors, and children to practice new preventive
measures shall be put up.

Guidelines for Teachers
01 All the teachers and staff must download Aarogya Setu app from a trusted govt. site or
from Google Play Store.
If a teacher / staff feels unwell, he / she should inform the Principal or his/her respective in-
02 charge ( for menial and security staff ) and shall stay at home till he / she is medically fit to
resume the duty.
The teachers / staff shall strictly maintain social distancing norms while they are in the
03 school. It is mandatory for every teacher / staff to wear a proper mask and carry personal
sanitizers / soaps.
04 The teachers / staff must maintain a safe distance while interacting with other teachers /
staff / students or parents.
05 Every possible step shall be taken to avoid overcrowding in the lobbies, computer labs,
staff rooms and IT room.
06 The teachers must also ensure that all the classes have their doors and windows opened
and that the exhausts are running so that proper cross ventilation can be maintained.
07 Posters/signs and visuals to be put up by the teachers in the classroom to remind children
to practise new preventive measures.

Guidelines for Students
It should be mandatory for every student attending the school to wear a mask, to have a
01 personal sanitizer, to have homemade lunch and he/she must bring his/her own water
bottle, napkins, stationary. No sharing of items will be allowed.
The students should not be allowed to roam around in the corridors during the lunch
02 break. They shall have their lunch on their respective seats only and shall be allowed out
for hand wash, in limited number only.
Only one out pass at a time shall be allowed to the students. The students shall maintain
03 social distancing norms while entering and leaving the campus as well as while during
their stay in the campus.
04 No assemblies to be conducted till the current pandemic is brought under control.
The students must follow a high standard of personal hygiene (proper haircut, trimmed
05 nails and neat uniform). The students will have access to packed beverages and snacks
only.
06 Students must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet in public places as far as feasible.
Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering
07 one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/exed elbow
and disposing off used tissues properly.

Guidelines for Students
The coordinators shall frequently visit their respective corridors in order to ensure that
08 there is no over - crowding in any area. The teachers shall ensure a swift interchange
between periods so that the students do not get a free hand to gather.
09 The librarian must make sure that no student / visitor touches the bookshelves. The books
to be provided by the librarian herself.
10 No air conditioners to run in the library and all the doors and windows must be opened.
11 The teachers must also ensure that the students go to computer lab or library in limited
numbers, so that social distancing can be maintained.
12 The note book bundles collected for checking, must be given a minimum of 72 hours
quarantine period.

Guidelines for Support Staff
01 All the menial staff as well as the guards and bouncers must wear a mask.(Mr. Awadh

02 Hand gloves should be mandatory for all the staff members involved in cleaning the
campus/washrooms.(Mr. Awadh Kishore)
03 The guards and the bouncers must maintain a safe distance while interacting with a
visitor.(Mr.Awadh Kishore)
04 If feeling unwell, the menial staff must timely inform their respective In-charge(s) and
shall stay at home till they get well.(Mr. R. Tyagi)
05 The menial staff must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

06 Once reported in, the menial staff shall not be allowed to go out unless they have the

07 All the “School Mothers” to exercise utmost hygienic standards as they deal with tiny

Guidelines for Transport
The transport incharge to ensure that the drivers/rickshaw pullers reporting on duty are
01 medically fit and they are under no circumstances compelled to come to the school, if
they report being unwell.
02 Transport incharge must also ensure that the drivers/rickshaw pullers are neatly dressed
and have proper hair cut and do not have long nails.
03 The guards and the bouncers must maintain safe distance while interacting with a

04 The drivers/rickshaw pullers should ensure that the vans and rickshaws are properly
sanitized before and after getting the children.
05 Shifts should be decided for getting the children to ensure distancing.

Mr. C Pandey Every visitor must be guided to the reception so that

the laboratories to be sanitized on a regular basis.
Mr. Tyagi All frequently touched things such as railings, spiral railings, door knobs

drinking water taps to be sanitized at least thrice a day.

Supervising Duties

Mr. Tyagi The Nodal Officer/Care Taker to ensure that the workers reporting on duty are

school, if they report being unwell. They must also ensure that the workers are
neatly dressed and have proper hair cut and do not have long nails.
Mr. Tyagi To ensure that all the gates are manned and duties are well defined. A proper
Mr. Awadh duty roster to be chalked out and presented to the Principal. The roster must
contain the names of the reliever (in case of absence of a person named in the
roster)
Mr. Tyagi Availability of sanitizers to be ensured at all the gates in operation. Ensuring
