Get Your GLOW On

The Great Glow Run is a Nighttime 5K Race
that draws runners of all ages and abilities to
this fun, eye-catching spectacle! Participants
dress in their favorite glow gear -headbands,
necklaces, LED clothing, body paint and
more. Runners and walkers shine bright while
creating lasting memories with family and
friends. Runners navigate the glowing course
with the help of LED lights, while illuminated
volunteers guide the way. This family-friendly
event features the kick off of a Kids Fun Run
just before it gets dark!
The start and finish areas feature black lights,
digital lighting effects, and energizing music.
There’s even a black light photo booth to help
participants capture all the fun!

• The purpose is Easterseals UCP is to provide meaningful and exceptional
services so that children, adults and families living with disabilities and mental
health challenges can live, learn, work and play in their communities.

• Easterseals UCP provides a broad range of supportive services: foster care
and adoption; inclusive therapeutic child care facilities; in-home therapies for
youth and families; employment training and placement; independent living
supports; mental health treatment, crisis intervention; and more!

• Easterseals UCP works side by side with children, adults, and families who are
living with disabilities and mental health challenges. We serve as a nurse, a
therapist, a social worker, a job counselor, a teacher, a psychologist, a
caregiver, and a compassionate friend all rolled into one.

proceeds go directly to support disability programs and services in Craven,
Carteret, Pamlico, Jones, Onslow and Pitt Counties, benefiting our local
communities.
• Money is raised through registration and promotional sponsorships.

• SPONSORS help offset the costs of hosting the event and contribute to the
overall experience of our participants.

• TICKET SALES for registration allow runners the fun and excitement of being
part of the experience, while also contributing to a local community cause that
they care about.

Promotional Sponsorships are available for The Great Glow Run that can give your

business visibility to thousands of participants. Every Partnership Package is custom
built to meet the goals of our partners while supporting our cause.

100% of proceeds* support Easterseals UCP

• $5,000 – Approximately 50,000-100,000 impressions/touches for 1 or more events
Can include local radio and billboard promotions; logo on print collateral; company
icon at event (cars, mascot, product give-away); Race Marshall or awards presenter,

named race course item (Water Stop, Glow Crazy Zone, etc.); logo on T-shirts and
website; vendor booth; 5 free registrations and/or item in race packets.



• $2,000 - Approximately 10,000-50,000 impressions/touches
Can include company icon at events (cars, mascot, product give-away); Race

Marshall or awards presenter, named race course item (Water Stop, Glow Crazy
Zone, etc.); logo on T-shirts and website; vendor booth; 3 free registrations; vendor

booth; and/or item in race packets.



• $1,000 - Approximately 5,000-10,000 impressions/touches
Can include logo on T-shirts and on website; vendor booth; 2 free registrations

and/or item in race packets.



• $500 - Approximately 2,000-5,000 impressions/touches
Can include vendor booth; logo on website, and/or item in race packets.
