Our 2020 summer reading theme is “Imagine Your Story!” This annual program, with over
5,000 participants, is a worthy cause and a great way to get your name out!

2020 Ephrata Brewfest

An annual festival featuring local brews and food, benefitting the Ephrata
Public Library, The Ephrata Rec Center, and Mainspring of Ephrata.

Through strategic brand incorporation through all forms of media, advo-
cacy and outreach efforts of the Library, and on-site activities, Ephrata
Public Library offers a wide range of benefits to make a return on your
investment.

Consider a One-, Three- or Five-Year Plan

Each of these levels* can be purchased on an annual basis or spread over
several years. Furthermore, monthly payment installments can be ar-
ranged. Your company will be recognized each year on that level.

Sponsorship Levels
Gold Leaf Edition Level (Value: $30,762)

• Your company brand or product displayed in lobby or visible area of the
Library, where it will be seen by an average of over 1,300 patrons per day.
• Your company, brand or product will be incorporated into media content
produced by the Library, including website, social media, enewsletters,
print and video.
• Your company will have the opportunity to promote company core
culture and heritage at various event and programs as appropriate.
• Your company will receive automatic membership into various pro-
grams, such as the Bestseller Book Club and invitations to Library events.
• Your company name and logo will be engraved on a paver and placed on
the Library’s outdoor seating areas.

Major Corporate Giving

Rare Edition Level - $15,000 (Value: $23,762)

• Your company brand or product displayed in lobby or visible area of the
Library, where it will be seen by an average of over 1,300 patrons per day.
• Your company, brand or product will be incorporated into media content
produced by the Library, including website, social media, enewsletters,
print and video.
• Your company will receive automatic membership into various pro-
grams, such as the Bestseller Book Club and invitations to Library events.

First Edition Level - $10,000 (Value $18,900)

• Your company brand or product displayed in lobby or visible area of the
Library, where it will be seen by an average of over 1,300 patrons per day.
• Your company, brand or product will be incorporated into media content
produced by the Library, including website, social media, enewsletters,
print and video.

Classic Level - $5,000 (Value: $11,900)

• Your company brand or product displayed in lobby or visible area of the
Library, where it will be seen by an average of over 1,300 patrons per day.

*EPL reserves the right to allocate funding where needed.
Value is calculated on foot traffic visibility, value of social media exposure and website
clickthrough and visitation (114,000 annually).

Book Sale Sponsorships

Ask about sponsoring one of our Pop-Up Book Sales throughout the year!
Your logo will appear on banners, bookmarks, posters, social media and
advertisements & more!

Annual Book Sale Sponsor

• Your company logo on all book sale marketing material and at least 10
mentions on the Library’s social media

• A tabletop display at Opening Night of the book sale
• 6 free tickets to Opening Night of the Annual Book Sale

Collection Endowment - Minimum $1,000 Gift

Make a long-lasting gift to the Library by sponsoring materials for our
patrons. Sponsorships can be made for specific parts of the collection
(i.e. early literacy, large print). All Collection Endowment sponsors receive
a personalized brick at our entrance. Talk to us today about options and

Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)

Taking the Credit!

The Ephrata Public Library has been approved by the Department of Commu-
nity & Economic Development as an Educational Improvement Organization.
Tax credits may be awarded to operating business firms that make contrib-
utions to the Library.

With this opportunity, a business may receive a tax credit equal to 75% of its
contribution or up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year. Those busi-
nesses that agree to contribute for two consecutive years are eligible to
receive 90% of the contribution made.

As a business, you may be eligible to participate in the EITC program if you
are authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are
subject to a variety of taxes. To receive tax credits, businesses must be
approved to make contributions to the Ephrata Public Library. This “contrib-
ution” from a business firm could be in the form of a cash donations, per-
sonal property or in-kind services.
