4-H – As Per 4-H Age Guidelines
Pee Wee – Ages 2 – 4 Years
Youth – Ages 5 – 17 Years

Open Class – Ages – 8 and Over

AGRICULTURE BUILDING INTAKE AND OUTTAKE TIME SCHEDULE

Wednesday, August 27 Non Food Exhibits Only Noon – 9pm
Thursday, August 28
Friday, August 29 Non Food Exhibits Only Noon – 9pm
Saturday, August 30
Sunday, September 7 Non Food Exhibits 10am – 9pm

NEW Baked Goods ONLY 9am – NOON

Outtake 10am – 6pm

1. All exhibits must be created by the exhibitor and completed within the past year.
2. 4-H exhibitors must be 4-H members, with a project in the field in which they wish to make entry.
3. Exhibitors may enter no more than one article in a division of a class.
4. Garments should be laundered prior to judging. Stained or soiled garments will not be accepted.
5. Garments should be hung on hangers ready to hang, with the exception of knitted or crocheted work. Plastic covering

will be provided.
6. Articles will be judged on:

• Workmanship
• Worth of Article
• Appropriateness of Material
• Design
• Degree of Difficulty
