Travel Advisor Guide | 7 Our Story Family-owned and operated, AmaWaterways was founded in 2002; however, our river cruise story began well before that. Co-Founder and President Rudi Schreiner was born in Vienna, at the heart of the Danube. Combining his passions for both architecture and travel, Rudi became a driving force for river cruising after the completion of the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal. For these efforts, he has been recognized as the “Most Innovative Cruise Executive” and was bestowed the prestigious “Lifetime Achievement Award” by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). Executive Co-Founder and Vice President Kristin Karst brings extensive experience in luxury travel, river cruising and customer service to AmaWaterways. Rudi and Kristin partnered with Jimmy Murphy, a brilliant travel entrepreneur who built Brendan Vacations. His son, Co-Owner Gary Murphy, now carries on his father’s legacy. Our commitment to creating the premier travel experience for our guests is what makes an AmaWaterways river cruise truly exceptional. We have received countless awards and accolades, including being named ASTA's 2022 and 2023 Partner Company of the Year, the Best River Cruise Line in USA Today's 2023 10Best Readers' Choice Awards, and the 2022 Porthole Readers’ Choice Award for “Best River Cruise Line”. However, we never rest on our laurels. In 2024, our continued innovation includes the debut of three new ships: AmaLilia, setting sail alongside our stunning AmaDahlia on the Nile River in Egypt; as well as AmaMagdalena and AmaMelodia, embarking with us as we proudly become the first major river cruise line to explore Colombia’s Magdalena River. Visit AmaWaterways.com/awards to learn more. Unparalleled Service We consider our guests distinguished members of our extended family, and we work hard to make sure that feeling is mutual. ONBOARD CREW Going above and beyond to ensure our guests have a memorable journey, our genuinely warm and welcoming crew take the greatest pride in seeing our guests smile. From the personable Captain, who hands them a red rose during a special cocktail evening, to the bartender who remembers they take their drink with lime, they will be pleasantly surprised by the lengths we take to bring them delight. CRUISE MANAGERS AND EXPERT GUIDES AmaWaterways’ Cruise Managers are in a class by themselves. Not only are they friendly and warm-hearted, but they also have extensive experience in providing exceptional levels of personalized service. With a deep passion for what they do, our Cruise Managers are extremely knowledgeable about the places we visit, making them your ideal destination concierge. Representing our family ownership, from left to right: Gary Murphy, Co-Owner; Kristin Karst, Executive Vice President; Rudi Schreiner, President

8 | What Makes River Cruising Special If the heart of Europe lies in its cities, then the rivers are the vital arteries that take you there—and AmaWaterways does so with seamless finesse. The fastest growing travel segment, river cruising is a smaller, more intimate journey that allows your clients to explore sprawling cities and charming hamlets not accessible to large oceangoing vessels. A great value: dining, shore excursions, drinks, Wi-Fi and entertainment are all included Intimate ships accommodate less guests than ocean cruises, offering more personal space Ship docks in the heart of the city, with many sites within walking distance Discover several cities in different countries—and unpack only once Enriching daily cultural experiences that immerse your clients into local life Casually elegant dress code means they can leave the formal wear behind No ocean waves means no opportunity for seasickness All staterooms and public areas have a view—from terraced vineyards to fairytale castles and towering spires, there is always something to see on the river Perfect for solo travelers who find it easy to meet kindred cruisers on board Popular and easy to plan for groups—we take care of every detail From the Danube to the Rhine to the Mekong, each river tells a different story, making a wealth of experiences available to return guests Visit AmaWaterways.com/whyamawaterways to learn more.

Travel Advisor Guide | 9 Favorable Payment Policies Full payment is not due until 90 days prior to departure – regardless of promotions, ensuring our guests have plenty of time and flexibility to save for their long-awaited river cruise vacation. 100% Focused on River Cruising – With Travel Advisors at the Forefront Since the beginning, we have focused on what we do best: river cruising. With no aggressive direct strategy, we are more than just a supplier, we are your business partner. We remain committed to our travel advisors because we recognize your partnership is the best way to distribute our product. Fewer Guests On Board Although all river cruise ships industry-wide have the same approximate size standards, we welcome fewer guests on our award-winning river cruise ships. With an average of just 156 guests on board, we are able to offer the luxury of space with larger staterooms and suites (up to 710 sq. ft. on AmaMagna), spacious common areas and libraries, and can comfortably fit every single passenger in our Main Lounge at the same time. Our Food is Always Fresh Our fish is freshly caught, and all breads and pastries are baked fresh on board each day. Our fruits and vegetables are all locally sourced. In fact, we have only very small freezers on board – used exclusively for ice cream and sorbet. All meals are included on board, including The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant, and our cuisine features locally sourced ingredients, enabling guests to taste exquisite authentic regional cuisine, highlighted by our memberships in La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Tables et Auberges de France. Sip and Savor – With Our Compliments Unlimited regional wines thoughtfully selected to enhance the dining, with sparkling wine available at breakfast, a different red and white poured each day, premium beer options, and a Sip & Sail cocktail hour just before dinner, all included in your river cruise fare. All Excursions Included – Choose From Up to Six or More Each Day Exhilarating guided hikes and bike tours at different lengths and experience levels, enriching city tours offered at three activity levels, culinary demonstrations, wine tastings, and excursions for late risers, all operated in small groups. During each excursion and at each activity level, guests will have a unique experience in port. Cruise Managers With You Throughout Your Cruise and Land Journey Not only do our passionate Cruise Managers go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable experience, they accompany you throughout your river cruise and during any pre- and post-cruise land packages you may reserve. In addition, guests have the ability to connect with their Cruise Managers before the river cruise even starts, which is unique in the industry. Leading the Way in Diversity and Sustainability From offering the first fleet of bicycles to designing energy-efficient engines to pioneering luxury cruising on Colombia’s Magdalena River. We have eliminated single-use plastics on board, and 20 of our ships in Europe have earned the prestigious Green Award for industry-leading safety, quality, and environmental performance. In 2022 and 2023, AmaWaterways was the recipient of Travel Weekly's prestigious Magellan Gold Award for our efforts towards greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in marketing. Points of Distinction

10 | Our Innovative Fleet AmaWaterways was the first to offer twin-balcony staterooms — a French balcony and a full outside balcony. Twice as wide as traditional European river cruise ships, our AmaMagna is reimagining river cruising on the Danube with its multiple dining venues—Al Fresco Restaurant, Jimmy’s and The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant in addition to the Main Restaurant—as well as the expansive Zen Wellness Studio, brand-new full-sized pickleball court, and so much more. AmaMagna was also built with quieter, more fuel-efficient engines to lessen its impact on the environment. Our European fleet is uniquely designed with a shallow draft to permit sailing in low water conditions – and 20 European ships have received the Green Award for industry-leading safety, quality and environmental performance. The ship’s wheelhouse is engineered to pass under low bridges, so if the water level rises, we can sail with minimal trip interruption. The ship’s lounge has an open flow design to offer full panoramic views of passing scenery. Each ship has been thoughtfully decorated, creating a relaxed, warm and contemporary feel. AmaWaterways' president, Rudi Schreiner, has played a pivotal role in the renaissance of river cruising. His high standards and innovative drive are reflected in the design of every AmaWaterways ship. Highest Rated River Cruise Ships In the Insight Guides: River Cruising in Europe & the USA by expert Douglas Ward, AmaWaterways ships outranked the competition in the categories of accommodations, facilities, cuisine, hospitality and more, holding the number one spot for our one-of-a-kind AmaMagna on the Danube River. According to Ward, “AmaWaterways spends considerably more on high-quality food ingredients and wine and on hotel crew service training than any other river cruise company.” Insight Guides rated over 300 European River Cruise Ships AmaWaterways outranked the competition by holding 14 of the Top 20 spots. “AmaWaterways has helped to redefine European river cruising.” – Douglas Ward, Berlitz River Cruising in Europe And The Awards Go To... 2023 TRAVEL WEEKLY MAGELLAN AWARDS Visit AmaWaterways.com/news for more information.

24 | Secrets of Egypt & the Nile Considered one of the cradles of civilization, Egypt has been dependent on the Nile River since ancient times. Without its water, rich soil, papyrus reeds, fish and fowl life, Egyptian culture would never have existed. It was from these natural resources that one of the greatest civilizations emerged, with a complex belief system, mystifying rituals, brilliant artistry, ingenious feats of engineering and awe-inspiring archaeological treasures that changed the course of history.
