create new habits that ALIGN with our
future selves. It involves establishing
mini-goals to put into action. This

foundation for living life on your

2. RELEASE

Letting go of negative thoughts, shame,
or guilt helps uncloud the mind.
RELEASING things that no longer
serve the soul moves the needle forward.

Emotional Vibration

SHOW GRATITUDE

Shift your frequency from low to high by identifying at least three things you're grateful for. Try this
every morning before starting your day. Within a week, you'll see a change in your perspective and
how you interact with others.

RADIATE COMPASSION

Be the light in this world by doing something bigger than yourself. Make a call or send a text to a
friend or loved one. Let that person know you're thinking of them. You never know. Your message
could be right on time. Repeat this at least once a week. You'll lower stress, create reciprocity, and

allow more abundance to flow in your life.

OFFER FORGIVENESS

Be gentle with yourself and others by releasing sadness or hurt. These
emotions keep our vibration low and only throw us off the course of walking

into our divine purpose. You'll reframe your mindset and start stepping in
your POWER.
