FOOD COURT TERAS JERNANG

Food Court Teras Jernang is located close
to KPTM Bangi which is about 0.45km. If
walking, it only takes 4-5 minutes to arrive
there. They start operating from 5.30p.m
until 12a.m every day except Sunday. There
are various types of food in that food
court. They have Malay cuisine like nasi
goreng, nasi lemak, laksa and asam pedas.
Not forgetting either, they also provide
western food such as chicken chop,
spagghetti, wedges and corndog. Don’t
forget to try their cendol durian, sizzling
yee mee and ‘roti john cheese leleh’! It is so
delicious. Tasty food and affordable prices
are often the focus of both KPTM
students and outsiders. Anyone who
doesn't come here and try various dishes is
really missing out because there are so
many types of food here. Let’s come here!

There is a 7 Eleven Malaysia convenience store nearby Kolej Poly-Tech Mara (KPTM). Located at
Jalan Jernang Jaya 1, Taman Jernang Jaya, 43000 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. With more
than 2,400 locations around the country, 7-Eleven Malaysia is the country's largest convenience
store chain, servicing more than 900,000 consumers every day. The public can use an ATM
provided by 7 Eleven to withdraw money. This makes it easier for students. In addition, 7 Eleven
makes it simpler for students to get necessities in case of an emergency. For example, if you
have a fever and no medicine, you may purchase it at 7 Eleven at any time because the store is
open 24 hour.

You also can pay bills such as Astro, Unifi, Time, Yes, U Mobile, Redone, Singer, Celcom, Tenaga
Nasional (TNB), SESB, SATU, Indah Water, SAMB, SADA, Lembaga Air Perak, and others. You can
pay bills or add prepaid value such as U Mobile, Digi, Celcom Xpax, Hotlink and many other. In
addition to bill payments and top-ups, you can now also make payments online for several e-
commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Customers can choose from a selection of
hot and cold foods and beverages, including noodles, coffee, slurpees, and large gulps, as well
as seats that have been reserved for their comfort. The item's official price is in line with the
price list that is being presented.

To wrap things up in my argument, they are very convenient as you can just walk right in get
whatever you would like and walk back out. Even though they are selling items that we need to

TERAS JERNANG MOSQUE

It is a mosque that is next to the Kolej Poly Tech Mara Bangi, its just around 50 meters from
hostel.

HISTORY
In the beginning only the mosque was only made of wood and was upgraded in 1999. At that
time, only 300 people allow to inter because the mosque very small. In 2001, this mosque was
completely upgraded and at the same time caused many people to visit.

CONSTRUCTION
In terms of construction, The structure of this mosque is based on concrete and has a morisa-
type dome and minaret. Part of the roof is made of concrete slab and part of corrugated zinc.
The mosque, which has a two-story prayer room, generally has architectural characteristics
from the west and the middle east. On the upper wall there is a verse of the Quran written in
calligraphy as a reflection of the construction of this mosque.

CONVENIENCE
This mosque has a two-story prayer room and 3 lecture rooms. It also has imam and bilal
rooms in addition to a two-unit store room. Ablutions and toilets are available and have a
foyer for mosque activities.

The mosque is always visited by many jamaahbecause of its systematic position next to the
