M1. First Transnational Project Meeting in Poland

15th - 17th January 2018

•  On January 15 - 17, at the Primary School of Kazimierz Odnowiciel, in Pobiedziska, the first working meeting of
teachers from seven countries was held. The teachers cooperate in the international Erasmus + project KA219
2017-2019 "Creating, communicating, our diversity in are celebrating". During the visit of guests from Lithuania, the
Greek School of Bucharest, Turkey, Greece, Spain and Portugal, apart from the implementation of project tasks and
activities, also cultural elements were planned to bring them closer to Polish tradition, couture, history and customs.

•  Together with the international project coordinator,
•  Mrs. Magdalena Goc, they had the opportunity to
•  visit the Mayor of the Town and Municipality
•  of Pobiedziska, PhD. Dorota Nowacka, at the
•  Municipality Office, where they were introduced
•  to the history and the present day of the city, and
•  the guests presented theirwork in the project.
•  They also visited the Miniature Museum and the
•  first Polish capital - Gniezno, where they visited the
•  Gniezno Cathedral and the Old Prints Department
•  at the Museum of the Archdiocese.

•  In Poznań, according to the topic of our project,
•  the activities were varied: apart from visiting the Old
•  Market, Fara and the Cathedral, the teachers took an
•  active part in the humorous workshops at the Croissant Museum. The meeting ended with a feast with the participation

of the Song and Dance Ensemble "Wiwaty". However, the biggest attraction for the southern nations was snow, which
diversified their stay and caused a lot of spontaneous, childish joy.

Stintapukis

„Sparling“ is a fish which fishermen used to catch.
You can see and hear an archaic song which was
sung by Lithuanians living by the Baltic sea. The
people who remained at home, used to keep saying
the words „Stinta pūkis“ and dancing, while waiting
for the fishermen to come back from the sea. They
performed this ritual wishing the fishermen success.

C1. Short Exchange for Students in Greece

20th – 26th May 2018

•  Exhibition of mind-maps (A4 ) and a representative digital story of a modified classic fairy tale “Little Red Riding
Hood”; creating project mascots (1-3) with a name and accompanying haiku poem.

•  On the first day, students and teachers of the school organized a series of activities to welcome their guests. They
presented their projects about the countries of the partnership. Then, they dramatized the myth of Europe, they gave
a shadow theatre performance with the mermaid, they acted out a short story about the name of Thessaloniki, they
presented traditional customs, songs and dances. Also, the guests visited all the classrooms, exchanging presents
and souvenirs and they played team games at the school yard.

•  Guided visits to the Archaeological sites of Pella, Vergina, the Archaeological and the Byzantine museums, the
Municipality, monuments of Thessaloniki, the White Tower, followed by a boat tour around Thermaikos Gulf, were
samples of the actions carried out aiming at knowledge of the multicultural history of the city, which is totally
compatible to the essence of our project, with different people, from different origins, religion and culture, living
peacefully together.

•  According to the scheduled activities, workshops were carried out, with construction of the mermaid, a figure of the
shadow theatre, creation of the White Tower, the landmark of Thessaloniki and creative writing workshops with
triggering of inspiration using senses and memories. The last day, the children from all countries presented their own
versions of the Little Red Riding Hood, they played with funny versions of classic fairy tales and they voted for the
mascot of the project. The winner mascot was ‘Corky’ from Portugal, a fish, carrying the flags from the seven
countries and the message ‘Creating, Communicating, our Diversity we are Celebrating!’

•  The farewell celebration was open to the local community with traditional music and dance by cultural associations
and bands and traditional dishes offered by the parents’ association.

M2. Second Transnational Project Meeting in Portugal

24th – 28th June 2018

•  24th June. Partners gathered together to explore and insert the relevant information/ data with reference to the
different dimensions of the mobility tool.

•  25th June. Reception at Marco de Canaveses’s Town Hall by the deputy Mayor. Reception at Agrupamento de
Escolas de Marco de Canaveses by the School Principal. Culture event organised by the music teacher, Sara Santos:
songs performed by 6th graders. The Penafiel Guitars Group performed two Fados, a Portuguese traditional music
played with classical guitar and Portuguese guitar. The English teachers, Susana Álvaro Barinho, presented the
Theatre “Little Riding Hood” by her 4th grade students integrated in the project’s activity - Fairytales. Time for learning
the story created during the creative writing workshop in Greece and meet Corky's babies, the selected mascot
during the Greek mobility. All the tiny mascots were done in Mrs Cristina Carvalho's art class and her 6B pupils.
eTwinning workshop – The project’s coordinator and eTwinning ambassador Magdalena Goc explained to all the
participant teachers how to use the TwinSpace

•  26th June. A hard working group deeply engaged in the meeting agenda topics: (1) design of project’s Evaluation
Plan for the life cycle of the project (2017/2019); (2) the Mid-term project evaluation; and (3) the schedule of project’s
activities for 2018/2019. Thank you to all the Coordinators! Presentation of the Stop Motion Animation films created
for the A4 Playing with Classic Fairy Tales activity, by 5th and 6th graders! Ms Carla Fernandes, the School Principal
of AE de Marco de Canaveses, handed out to all participants the Transnational Meeting Certificate of Attendance.

•  27th June. Portuguese Cultural Heritage was given to know to the TPM participants in Marco de Canaveses and
Porto.

•  28th June. Discussion and preparation of the Transnational Meeting Evaluation tool: https://www.surveymonkey.com/

C2. Short Exchange for Students in Spain

21st – 27th October 2018

•  22nd October: It's been an intense and busy week. An unforgettable experience! First we visited the Town Hall were the Major welcomed us
and told us how excited they were about the Erasmus project. Then, at school we introduced our guests to teachers, students, representatives
from parent's association and staff workers. It was an amazing morning with all the welcoming activities, songs and theatre! Students from
year six showed us a little piece from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by William Shakespeare. During the afternoon we had the chance of
strengthening links participating in dances and musical games by the famous musical group ‘Pesdelan’. An intense week need lots of planning.
That's why Monday afternoon, after 'Pesdelan' event, was dedicated to a meeting were all teachers revised the agenda of the week and
decision were made concerning forthcoming activities of our project.

•  23rd October: We played with robots. Our year six students worked really hard making boards to practice creative writing games, fairy tales
based games and culture ones. We also worked on learning and deciding the music for the song of our partnership. The afternoon was pretty
busy. We learned lots about theatre and the world of scene with Estíbaliz Veiga. Estíbaliz is a famous actress and theatre educator. She
showed us her job and led a very interesting and joyful masterclass. During the afternoon a special activity for our guests and host families
was organised. It was a guided visit to Viveiro and they enjoyed it very much. Thanks Suso for bringing History alive and unforgettable!

•  24th October: We visited Santiago de Compostela. During the morning we visited the rooftops of the Cathedral. We also visited the Galician
Centre for Dramatic Art and learnt lots about theatre from a backstage point of view and technical issues. We also showed our guests the
beautiful historical centre of the city, its treasures and stories.

•  25th October: Thursday was dedicated to sports, strengthening boundaries and building strong relationships that can last forever?! just after
our arrival at school in the morning we got ready for a sports activity in Foz. With the help of 'Maremasma' we learned and practiced both surf
and kayak. Back in school we had lunch at the school canteen and then we walked around Cervo, This walk through natural paths led us to
'Sargadelos' the famous worldwide pottery factory. There we visited the exposition of what is done in the factory and learned some of its
history, its importance as a promoter of the Galician culture and the quality of the products they sell.

•  26th October: Important time of the week as last rehearsals of the song of the partnership were done as well as the recording of the song, the
'Erasmus Song’. During the morning we also attended a play in English, a comedy called 'Tarzan' by Face2Face company. All students had
worked before the mobility in a shared didactic unit provided by Face2Face to make the most of this experience. During the afternoon we
honoured our guests with a 'Magosto', a typical autumn party. Then, it was the time to give certificates and say goodbye to an amazing and
intense week we will never forget.

C3. Short Exchange of Students in Lithuania

24st – 30th March 2019

25th March: The students participated in the activity “Let's get acquainted”.After that they answered 3 questions
creatively and showed what values they appreciate After the arrival of teachers, all participants walked under the "arch"
made from sashes to the door of the assembly hall where they were met with bread and salt and then in the assembly
hall a short concert was shown. Then, the participants listened to the headteachers' welcome speech and afterwards
were introduced to the school community.A film about Prienai was shown. All the guest countries showed their
"homework", which was very interesting to see. After lunch the students participated in the workshop in the Art
classroom - made and decorated caps and masks for the Story/Play.

26th March: All the teams went on a trip to Kaunas, where they watched a performance in the National Puppet theatre
and participated in an educational programme about puppets. It was amazing! After lunch we visited Devil's museum- a
unique and the only one in the world, which possesses about 3000 devils.

27th March: The students had a workshop "Ceramics" in the Art classroom and learnt about clay, worked with it making
different things and decorating them. Later their works were packed carefully, put in a box and taken home to their
countries. Welcome of students and teachers at the municipality was held.The Mayor welcomed our guests and presents
were exchanged between delegations and Municipality. After coming back to school the headteacher showed the guests
around the school and introduced them to the teachers and pupils in the classrooms.Students had the first rehearsal of
the play with the drama teachers Vytaute and Art teacher Ausra- they were the "directors' of the play and wanted to see
the actors After lunch students participated in an educational programme "The way of bread to our homes".They saw
some traditions of making bread, made it themseves and when it was ready in the oven, took the loaves home. The
teachers had a pleasant trip around Birstonas, visited the local museum, climbed Vytautas hill and admired the view of
Nemuna' loops. In the evening the teachers visited sanatorium "Egle" and had a nice swim in the swimming pools.

C3. Short Exchange of Students in Lithuania

24st – 30th March 2019

28th March: Morning the participants enjoyed dancing sport dances - the activity was organized by Religion and Lithuanian teacher
Daiva. After we all danced Lithuanian national dances. Students took part in the rehearsal and a dress rehearsal After lunch the Play
was staged and the school community watched it, video was made. It was very exciting!ad lots of fun. students were tired but they
worked like real actors! So, the task of the meeting was fulfilled! We have made a video of the Story Erasmus Little Riding Hoods! (Now
our school needs some time to finish as it should be -with music, subtitles,etc. Though students were tired, they participated in
Robotics, where they used their creativity. In the evening a solemn closing ceremony was held in local culture and leisure centre.
Fashion show was organized by technology teacher Rasa, certificates of attendance were given to students and teachers;
Appreciations were given to the teachers. The group of local national dances showed the participants of the event our national dances
after what all joined in. Coffe was served and a nice big cake "Erasmus+" was tasted.

29th March: On Friday all the teachers and students participated in an educational program "Chocolate making lesson" in Trakai. We
learnt about coffee and cocoa beans,their origin, places where they grow; how chocolate is made and sweets made from chocolate.
After we could practice making sweets - the most beautiful one was chosen and the student got a sweet award. After visiting the
chocolate museum, we were given Certificates proving that we had become masters in this field. After we walked along the path by the
lake and admired Trakai castle, took a common photo of the group. There were many shops with souvenirs and we had possibility to
buy something to remember Lithuania by. After lunch we went to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania and had a guided trip in the Old Town.
We visited the Cathedral, admired St. Ann's church, watched the rehearsal of the military parade by the President's palace to
commemorate 15th anniversary of Lithuania's membership in NATO. We walked along the narrow streets, listening to the guide's
stories about the history of the town until we came to the Gates of Dawn.The weather was cold and windy for our friends from southern
countries a little bit, but all the participants showed maturity and endurance, kept smiling.We had some free time to buy souvenirs and
see the places you liked best of all and in the evening , full of impressions, returned to Prienai. Teachers were taken to the hotel in
Birstonas.

30th March: On Saturday all the teams were taken either to Kaunas bus station or to the airports and went home to their countries.

12th – 16th May 2019
•  The pedagogical team gathered together in order to monitor and set the final activities for the partnership:
•  The materials produced during the two years of project implementation will be put together in order to be published as a

book of the partnership with the most representative products and ideas.
•  Evaluation and dissemination plans discussed and deadlines set.
•  Certificates delivered!
