The Vero Tourist

While I normally write about food, I decided it was time to expand my
horizons and write about a local attraction that I’m sure most people have heard

of, but may not have fully explored to see all that they have to offer. I was
originally invited to Riverside Theater just to check out their food they serve at
their on-site café run by Café 66 but figured I would include everything that I

experienced during my two visits. This article will focus on the events and
shows that we attended, and in about 2 weeks, the food that we got to taste

from the café will be featured in another upcoming article.

Monthly Beach Report for May 2018

May attendance was low compared
to 2017 (74,000) mainly due to

stormy weather. The ocean water
temperature has risen into the upper
70’s. Sea turtles continue to lay their

clutches of eggs up and down the
coastline. Wind and tides have

carved out some beaches leaving a
steep drop off in some areas of the
shoreline. In addition, seaweed and
numerous types of shells have been

deposited on the beach.
