local restaurants supply the soup which will be served at the local places of

While the business name says ice cream, what they are making here is
Gelato. It’s an Italian style “ice cream” and is usually smoother and creamier
than traditional ice cream. It contains 50% less air, less fat, is made with whole
milk instead of cream, and in my opinion tastes much better. Everything here is
made in-house with organic milk and quite a few products shipped in from Italy

for a truly authentic experience.
