Last night I was invited to tag along with some of my foodie friends to
experience an Omakase dinner at The Sumo House. That term was new to me

so I Googled it and found out the definition. Omakase is a Japanese phrase
that means “I’ll leave it up to you”. What this ultimately means is that we leave
