The very first ever NFT project from Singapore to bring themepark development into
Metaverse, Bojioverse meta-themepark! After pandemic, are you more conscious of
the crowd or hesistate to waste time queuing to enter a themepark? Bojioverse grants
you priority access to the immersive experience, comfortably from home with peace
of mind. A community driven real estate project, Bojioverse NFT allows NFT holders
to own and grow Bojioverse themepark together, and monetize from it.

Our mission is to help more people to invest into real estate in metaverse, a world full
of future potential, utilising NFT as a gateway. The community starts to own and
monetize from digital assets, wearables, rental, tickets and real world brand collabs.

Our vision is to build a self sustaining ecosystem in tourism last for generations. The
themepark could host business, fanclub, hang-out, shop, gaming complex or
community, bank, art galleries, virtual MICE, education or social events, and even
live metaverse concerts. When more meta themeparks are built globally, visitors will
be able to visit a physical store virtually, and make purchases online using crypto..

About the Project

9,999 unique Genesis Bojioverse NFTs are designed by founder Artist Bojioking,
made up of more than 200 hand-drawn traits inspired by local Asian touch, stories,
brand and people. Each NFT represents a themepark badge for the holder to be part
of the themepark stakeholder. Owning a Bojioverse NFT allows you to co-own and
vote on community-driven features, partner store brands, products and events, to be
decided by the project founders and Bojioverse holders.

Phase 2a- Decentraland Estate Development
• A land of significant size to house the theme park

will be bought on Decentraland. (Subjected to
Community to vote for the best metaverse)
• The fund to purchase the estate will come from
the community wallet, 10% of the primary sales.
(If necessary, the creator's wallet will also be used
to fund the same.)
• The team will carefully pick a land with best
synergy to the themepark.

• Team expansion. Architects, Designers and Dev
team to develop and detail the metaverse version
of Themepark.

• Defi and Finance team will be onboard to develop
of reward and compensation system and ensure
fair distribution of the rewards.

• Marketing and PR team to continue partner store
collaborations and event organizing.

• Continuous suggestions and wishlists will be
gathered from the community to create the first
version of themepark together as a community.

crossover with e-commerce platforms to intensify
the programme of the themepark, as well as to

design.

Phase 2: Metaverse Themepark & Implementation

While the themepark is under construction, we will
concurrently mint 20,000 Bojio Friends, a.k.a. VIP Pass
to the theme park. Part of the ticket revenue is to be
shared among the Bojioverse member and continue to
fund the community wallets. Bojio Lion’s Friends get to
enjoy access to Bojioverse theme park, merchandise
discounts/rewards, Tickets to the real life themeparks
and indoor playground.

Phase 2c- Bojio Private Clubhouse Launching

We know many of the community would still like to
hangout physically. Thus, we will partner or rebrand
with existing local physical café and bistro into our
very own Bojio Private Clubhouse. The community
wallet will fund this phase of the project. In the
Bojio clubhouse, there will be private function
space, meet up space, art space that link to virtual
world as well. Members can throw their own watch
party, stream movies, play with VR and so on. It’ll be
a fun-loving community we have here. For foreign
users, wine and beers will be delivered to your
doorstep before any events

Phase 2D- Assets & Avatar Listing

After rounds of voting with the community and design
team’s effort in converting themes into 3d assets,
avatars, headgears, furnitures, structures and landcapes
of different zones will be up and listed in the
marketplace. Community could purchase from each
other at a discounted price, while holder of the series
will be profit shared.

Phase 3 – The Grand Opening

Phase 3a- Launching of the Themepark!

The theme park will be opened to public in
metaverse! Community feel free to invite public to
visit the carnival. Visitors would be exploring
different zones and booth of their interest and
unlock games through pay to play basis. To
accommodate the future growth in the internal
token, the users can choose to be rewarded in terms
of token or direct profit.

Phase 3b- Seasonal games, Art Curating,
Musical Events and DJ Parties to be curated.

Bojioverse marketing team will constantly curate,
liaise with entertainment agencies and plan for
events. There is also a concert hall for visitors to
listen to your favourite pop singer without having to
crowd in the stadium. The themepark also targets to
collaborate with local groups to create musical
performance, or even talk show.

The team aim to make good use of the commercial
space in the theme park for brands and merchandise
to have their exposures in metaverse and vice versa.

Visitors to the theme park can interact in virtual
space and make purchase from there and in return,
they will receive both virtual and physical items.
Imagine someone purchased a local souvenir, he will
get a virtual key chain, while in real life, the
merchandise will arrive at his doorsteps.

To achieve this, the team had already started liaising
with a list of local brands to discuss on the potential
collaboration, aiming at a launch of 30 brands.

Disclaimer, The themepark masterplan is created by the team only for clearer reference and
visualisation to the community. We believe the final design in metaverse will be wilder and
wouldn’t look the same anymore after inputs from the community. The finalized themepark
design will be developed based on the collective voting results and suggestions from the

Phase 4 – VR integration with Themeparks &
Indoor Plays

When the development is more mature and
integrated, together with the VR technology
advancement, the team had planned to seek for
investment and collaboration with the local
themepark groups and playground companies to
link their physical play into the metaverse virtual
world. This expands the imagination and create
new experience to the themeparks.

Phase 5 –Arcade Integration

In this phase, we will be minting retro game rooms
for the indoor gamers at the resort tower. Super
Mario, Nintendo, Arcade, Marvel vs Capcom, DRR
etc. We will bring these classic into metaverse for you
to experience it in a new way.

Phase 6 – Expand to countries

On successful deployment of Bojioverse, the community wallet will grow with the
monetisation from public access to theme park and marketplaces sales. These
continuous growth will ensure exponential growth of the NFT values and tokens
We then continue to develop another theme park expanded worldwide to countries
like Tokyo Ninjaland, HongKong Dragonland, Shanghai Pandaland and so on.
Eventually, the project will link up all the cultures, people, and stories from different
cities, realising the idealism of meta-tourism.

As the founder team shares the same background as artist
and designers, we understand how these industries are
affected badly recently. We love to give back to the society
by growing more young artist-entrepreneurs to be in the
metaverse area.

Part of the sales will be set aside to set up a fund to sponsor
passionate, innovative and creative young people to further
develop in the related field. They will also have the chance
to participate in future projects to further enhance their
skillsets.

We believe in this fast growing technology world, a startup
incubator is the most holistic way of helping entrepreneurs
succeed.

1. Transparency: We have seen many rugged projects especially hyped up projects
with only profile pictures and vague roadmap which pull down the faith of public
towards NFTs. We are here to be as transparent as we could, with deailed roadmap,
details, content, and partnerships as we sincerely want to bring more people towards
the field of metaverse. AMA will be organized frequently to gain clarity from the
community too.

2. Sustainability: We are growing organically because we want to ensure everyone
sees the vision, and serious about the development. Our roadmap are going towards a
solid outcome- a functioning themepark real estate ecosystem. Furthermore, it is
linked back to real life commercial, which is already self sustaining. Through NFT
staking, sustainable passive income is produced and accumulated.

3. Low risk investment to enter the metaverse. We all know metaverse land price is
increasing throughout the years. We need to at least pour in $11,000 to buy the
smallest plot. With this, many people would not dare to risk to invest with such high
threshold for something virtual. However, with Bojioverse NFT, its gonna be
0.1~0.2ETH, which sums up to be ~$200 to invest in metaverse land, not just a land,
but a real estate development with on-going development. Investor could explore the
experience of owning a land in metaverse before he/she sell the contract to others.

enthusiast architect who has wild vision of the world. A
Recreation Architect and UX Designer had been
designing and masterplanning for playscape and
themeparks for 10 years. He had been dreaming of
creating virtual interactive themepark and architecture
since 10 years back.

LobangKing
Project general of Bojio Lion Club. A passionate
business consultant and Blockchain enthusiast. He
likes to think out of the box and do things in a fun way.
Currently, owner of a clean tech company, thus very
knowledgeable in entrepreneurship and leadership.

Bochapking
Brand manager of Bojio Lion Club. A marketing expert
who has successfully build awareness for many well-
known brands, by developing and executing a very own
marketing strategies. He has successfully helped
companies to build up more than 10 social media
platforms and brands.

Saboking
Our CTO, true blue problem solver who like to
experiment to maximize efficiency. Experienced in
platform design and game development.
