Travel Volleyball

Travel mustangs volleyball tryouts will start in November. WYSC will hold tryouts for
u15, u14, and u13 teams.

U15 Coach Mcgee:
Hope has been around sports for as long as she can remember. She played soccer and was on
the swim team growing up.  Hope enjoys the competitive aspect of sports and the excitement from
knowing you did your best.  Over the last year, she assisted the WYSC U13 Mustangs with scoring,
referee and getting the players ready to learn and be prepared to score and ref at tournaments.
Hope also assisted the coach when needed at practice and gained valuable knowledge.
Travel is the next level and the training and hard work you put in translates to the court and
progression of the players.  Hope believe in focus, honest effort and teamwork.  One person doesn’t
make a team, it’s how everyone works and plays together, always doing your best.  Her goal is to
help the team continue their growth while gaining knowledge of working hard while having fun.

U14 Coach Rolston:
Josh is a  father of three and an air traffic controller. He has always been involved in sports and has
played volleyball, soccer, softball, track, basketball and golf. Josh played volleyball in middle school
and high school. While in high school he was an assistant coach for a middle school volleyball team.
He started coaching the travel team last year.
Josh has a Safe Sport and Impact certification. He believes in honesty and respecting coaches,
teammates, opponents and officials. His goal is to prepare the girls with the proper fundamentals and
skills needed to advance to a higher level of playing as they get older. Josh focuses on good team
cohesion and building players up.
