Milliken Management works directly with the appropriate supply chain members to meet all needs –

Milliken Millwork returns with the appropriate parties to present the final solutions. The objective is to address
all open issues and deliver your ultimate program.

4. Coordination Stage

Once the commitment is obtained, Milliken Millwork takes control of the supply chain by:
• Documenting roles of all players - Manufacturers, Milliken, Dealers and the Builders
• Insuring that each understands his role and is ready to execute
