WEB ACCESS
• Add customer into <cucom>
o Make sure you are listed all information, ie: job title, phone number etc.
• Login to Magento
• Look up customer using email
o Example: [email protected]
o
• If they do not come up click “Add Customer”
o
• Required information
o External Customer ID
o Group
o First Name
o Last Name
o Email
o New Password “Welcome1”
o Old Password “Winter2019” (subject to change)
o Terms Code
• Click Save Customer
• If they do come up click “edit” on the customer
• Select “approve”
o
o Click “Account Information”
▪ Enter all information listed above
o Click “Save Customer”
