entertainment showcase of the Southeast. The building is 362 feet square, 130 feet high - equivalent to a 12-
story building, 160,000 square feet of weathering steel siding is the main exterior building material. The unique
roof structure is called an "Ortho-Quad,,.Truss" and has a column free span of 360 feet in both directions. Tinted
glass on the concourse level, underneath the cantilevers are 45 feet high and compose a glass area equal to
about 30,000 square feet. Seats are specially designed theatre-type, fully upholstered and are 20 inches or larger
in width than most arenas. The seating arrangement is catty-cornered which affords a broader array of prime
seats, the sight lines of which cannot be matched in any coliseum in the nation. All of which explains Atlanta's
pride in the Magnificent OMNI. ·

OMNI Policy: No food or beverage is to be brought into the OMNI for any event.
