Sue Lerchen

Having 30 years of experience in the metro Indianapolis market, Sue has
enjoyed helping families find the “right house” or selling their present
house. Being a former teacher, Sue finds that the two skills have many
common traits. Whether it is is a newcomer to our area, a seller downsizing
or upsizing, a first time home buyer, or a corporate buyer who has done
this many times, it is always a positive challenge to solve the puzzle. Sue
has a lifetime sales total over $410 million, but her focus is on the buyer or
seller that she is assisting today. Sue loves Indianapolis and loves to share it.

Mary Wernke

Mary has over 10 years selling Residential Real Estate and over 20 years
in Sales and Marketing. She started her Real Estate career in downtown
Chicago where she met her husband, Michael, a Commercial Real Estate
Investment Broker. They moved to Indianapolis 7 years ago and love to
call Indy home. Mary has 3 kids who attend St. Luke Catholic School and
Beth-El Zedeck. When she is not with her family her passion is selling Real

Home Marketing Plan

My strategy is focused on the combination of many promotional aspects, which
can be summed up in one word: networking. I am able to provide your property a
presence and personal contact approach to buyers in ways that no other Realtor
can match. I will create, produce, and implement an aggressive and highly visible
marketing program designed to inform the maximum number of qualified purchasers
and representatives of prospective buyers about the offering. With our professional
brochures, direct mail campaigns, web marketing, buyer contacts and luxury home
magazine advertisements I can successfully capture the direct buyers and those other
professionals in the real estate field specializing in the sale of outstanding properties.
This program would involve the following areas of presentation:

Showings by Prospective Purchasers

All showings of the property will be scheduled “by appointment only” with as much
notice as possible.

Broker Showing

With your permission, I will invite other Realtors to inspect the property at a “Broker Tour”
or luncheon. This affords these Realtors the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the
property and to review, first hand, its potential and the credibility
of its pricing.

Property Sign

As soon as possible after the signing of the listing contract, I will install a distinctive sign
for your property. It is important to continually spark inquires and interest from agents
and potential purchasers. This sign will be in the traditional eye catching F.C Tucker
“T” and colors.
