STATION 11 UESS is a platform to serve as a one-stop centre for information dissemination to future and present USMers by facilitating information sharing among USM students. With aid from students, USM has made information transfer a successful and thorough one. A Facebook group - USM Info Sharing Corner started its objective to facilitate information sharing among USM students since 2010. An increasing number of students has led to the increased efiectiveness of dissemination of information regarding events, lectures / tutorials adjustments, latest announcements from USM administration and everything else that has to do with Universiti Sains Malaysia. Lately, it has become a trend. Be a part of the group now and start subscribing to the page to stay updated. The creator of USM Info Sharing Corner then introduced MyUSMinfo in July 2013, which started together with USMinfo as an informative page available on Facebook, E-Mail, WeChat and Twitter. USMinfo Sharing Corner and MyUSMinfo operate together to share information, complementing each other. Students or visitors to MyUSMinfo will be able to ffnd information more easily. Owing to that, MyUSMinfo was able to gather around 78k visits and 150k page views in just a year! MyUSMinfo was rebranded as USMinfo in July 2016, along with initiatives taken to facilitate smoother information dissemination and content updates. Serving as a one-stop centre for information in USM, USMinfo features not only the latest news or happenings in USM but also upcoming events. Besides, the accommodation problem before registration can be solved. USMinfo provides you with the contacts and details of the accommodation, saving you the trouble to ‘Google’ all of them. All in all, troubles faced by current students, incoming students, event organisers, parents of USM students, lecturers or anyone who wishes to know more about USM can be solved by USM Info Sharing Corner and USMinfo. STATION 11 UESS Students have chance to enjoy the facilities of ICT USM like student email, networking, application portal “Campus Online” (https://campusonline.usm.my), forum stafi USM (http://forum.eng.usm.my/), e-learning portal (https://elearning.usm.my/) etc . Students e-mail can be accessed at http://mail.student.usm.my. Students are recommended to use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser . USM Wi-FI network is connected through USMSecure.
