HILLSBOROCLUBWarm greetings from the Hillsboro Club,Thank you for your interest in our 2026 SummerMembership. The summer season starts onTuesday, May 5 and ends on Sunday, November1, 2026.Summer members enjoy full access to the club’samenities, including 1,000 feet of private beachwith chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys forchildren. Additional facilities include a largeswimming pool; an active tennis program with10 Har-Tru clay courts; croquet and shuffleboardcourts; and a 9-hole par-3 pitch-and-putt golfcourse. Our Spa and Fitness Center featureswell-appointed equipment, including a Pelotonbike.Throughout the summer season, the club offersweekly activities for all ages, themed dinners,and family-friendly events, particularly duringholiday weekends. The Hillsboro Club alsofeatures 144 guest rooms available at specialmember rates, making it an ideal “staycation”destination. Our dining rooms, oceanside decks,and Tiki Bar offer spectacular views of theAtlantic Ocean and the historic HillsboroLighthouse. We serve a la carte lunch Thursdaythrough Sunday and dinner Thursday throughSaturday. 6DRESS CODEThe Hillsboro Club maintains the cherished tradition of requiring white tennis and croquet attire withminimal trim, including white hats and shoes, for all players, and polo-styled shirts for gentlemen.Tennis and Croquet professionals may assist with any questions on proper attire. Casual and sportingattire is suitable during the day. Bathing suits are permissible at the beach and pool only; cover ups arerequired at all other times. All swim attire should reflect the club's family-friendly environment.Bathers with inappropriate suits will be asked to change. Shoes or sandals should be worn at all times.Blue jeans and cut-offs may not be worn. Gentlemen shall refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts at alltimes. Gentlemen shall remove their hats and caps while indoors. Shirts & Shoes required at all timeson the Golf Course and Putting Green.TIPPING POLICYTipping is not expected at the Hillsboro Club. If you receive extraordinary service a discreet tip isacceptable. Any service charge added is the property of the Hillsboro Club and not the property of anyemployee.FOOD AND BEVERAGECoolers, and food or beverage other than that purchased at the club are prohibited outside of the guestrooms. In compliance with the Florida State Law, persons under the age of 21 may not order orconsume alcoholic beverages on Hillsboro Club property.NANA’S COTTAGEA parent or guardian must be on property at all times while children are attending Nana’s Cottage.Ages to drop off at Nana’s Cottage are 4-12. If your child is younger than 4, they are welcome to usethe facility with supervision from either a parent, guardian or babysiter. Reservations are required touse Nana’s Cottage. Please note, we appreciate reservations to be made as far in advance as possible,but no later than 24 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and max occupancy ofthe facility. Dinner orders for thechildren are to be sent via email when making a reservation for the evenings.GENERAL INFORMATIONCELL PHONE POLICYThe use of cell phones is limited to private areas where they may not be seen or heard. Please turnyour phone on silent mode (no ringers) while at the club. Texting is permitted with the sound muted.GUEST FEESMembers must fill out a guest registration form in advance and leave it at the Front Gate prior to the guestarrival. The guest fees are as follows:• Guest fees are $25 plus 7% sales tax, per person, per day and $5 plus 7% sales tax, per child, per day,ages 4 - 17 beginning with the first visit (unless reserving a room at the club).• Guest fees will be waived for guests who arrive at the club after 5:00 p.m. on the evenings when dinneris served. A guest registration form is required for dinner guests.• A guest may visit a maximum of five times per summer season.• Children, age 16 and under, may not bring guests without the parent being on property.• Members must accompany guests at the club and may have a maximum of 4 guests per day.• It is the responsibility of the member to inform his or her guests of club policies, i.e. dress code and cellphone policy.
