The athletes, their families, and just the atmosphere that surrounds our sport.

To give each athlete the opportunity to reach their goal(s) for the season.

The team singing the high harmony from “Take On Me” on the ride home…maybe not my
favorite, but definitely one of the most memorable.

Sections last year seeing teammates inspiring and encouraging each other.

Most people don’t know this about me, but I am frightening good at enthusiastically
encouraging athletes at cross country meets.

A full time track and cross country coach.

I have two kids who will hopefully be runners: Lily (7), Max (3), and a husband Jon (34)
who I met in college track.
