PENGHASILAN PAKAIAN SUKAN

TUJUAN / PURPOSE:
Kertas Penerangan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada murid tentang
pengenalan, jenis dan rekaan pakaian sukan. Murid juga akan mengetahui tentang
jenis bentuk badan, prosedur untuk menghasilkan pakaian sukan dan fabrik yang
sesuai digunakan untuk menghasilkan pakaian sukan.

PENERANGAN / INFORMATION :
1. Pengenalan Pakaian Sukan

Pakaian sukan atau pakaian yang digunakan sewaktu riadah dilakukan pada waktu-
waktu tertentu biasanya terdiri dari pakaian ringkas dan santai seperti pakaian tanpa
lengan yang dipadankan dengan seluar separa lutut. Bagi pengajar pula
kebiasaannya pakaian mereka lengkap meliputi topi, pakaian luar dan seluar panjang
yang lebih dikenali sebagai tracksuit oleh sebab penggunaannya banyak dilakukan di
atas padang. Beberapa faktor perlu di ambilkira dalam memilih pakaian sukan iaitu
cuaca, jenis sukan, kesesuaian tempat, keselesaan, rekabentuk pakaian dan jenis
fabrik.

2. Contoh Pakaian Sukan
Antara contoh pakaian sukan adalah pakaian sorak, pakaian sukan muslimah,
pakaian gimnastik dan lain-lain

A. Pakaian Sorak
Pakaian pasukan sorak merupakan pakaian yang digunakan oleh satu-satu
pasukan yang ditubuhkan terutama di sekolah menengah tinggi bagi memberi
sokongan dan semangat menerusi gerak tari yang direka menggunakan cogan
kata tertentu dalam bentuk sorakan terutama untuk permainan bola keranjang,
ragbi dan lain-lain acara sukan. Pasukan sorak pada masa sekarang di dominasi
oleh remaja perempuan yang melaungkan kata-kata penuh semangat ,
menggunakan pakaian yang singkat , baju tanpa lengan namun begitu di Malaysia
pakaian sorak boleh di pelbagaikan fesyen mengikut kesesuaian kaum dan
budaya tempatan. Kebanyakan sekolah-sekolah di Malaysia ini telah mewujudkan
pasukan sorak dan mempunyai stail pakaian mereka sendiri.
Rekaan pakaian sorak.adalah berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang telah dinyatakan di atas.
Rekaan dihasilkan dengan menggunakan media dan teknik yang sesuai.
Membuat rekaan sulaman monogram (nama pasukan, maskot atau logo-logo).

Secara umumnya, pakaian sukan pasukan sorak terdiri daripada:

a) Sut Pakaian Sorak
Terdapat beberapa variasi jenis sut skirt pasukan sorak, antaranya:
 Sut skirt lurus : Skirt tanpa sebarang lisu. Ia dihiaskan dengan jalur-
jalur berwarna.
 Sut skirt 3 lisu beriring : Mempunyai 3 lisu beriring terletak di sebelah
kiri skirt.
 Sut skirt lisu beriring : Mempunyai lisu beriring mengelilingi skirt.
Kebiasaannya skirt dwi-warna lebih kelihatan menarik.

B. Pakaian Sukan Muslimah
Pakaian sukan muslimah merupakan pakaian sukan khusus untuk menutup aurat.

Walaupun berada di padang atau lokasi pertandingan namun peserta tetap
anggun dengan pakaian yang sopan tetapi selesa.
Secara umumnya, pakaian sukan muslimah terdiri daripada:

a) Seluar panjang
Seluar panjang yang digunakan untuk pakaian muslimah adalah seluar
panjang separa sendat

b) Baju sukan muslimah
Baju sukan muslimah yang sesuai dipadankan dengan seluar panjang separa
sendat adalah pakaian labuh paras lutut dan berlengan panjang.

i) JENIS KOCEK

 Kocek mestilah dilekatkan di tempat yang sesuai dan selesa kepada si pemakai.
 Ia mesti dijahit dengan cermat, rata dan dikukuhkan di atas dengan jahitan mesin

dua kali.
 Kocek yang hendak digunakan mestilah cukup dalam untuk mengelakkan benda di

dalamnya daripada terjatuh.

 Lengan ialah satu kaedah menyudahkan keruk lengan.
 Lengan didraf dengan pelbagai stail yang bersesuaian dengan bentuk badan dan

mengekalkan ciri tradisi sesuatu pakaian.

Mengambil ukuran badan merupakan langkah pertama yang perlu diambil untuk
menghasilkan sehelai pakaian. Setelah mengambil ukuran badan pelanggan, pola didraf
mengikut lakaran kehendak pelanggan seterusnya menggunting fabrik mengikut pola
yang telah didraf.
