1. What is Training Program Under Hiring
Incentives (Penjana Kerjaya)?

- Training Program Under Hiring Incentives is
an incentive given by the government through
PERKESO to the employers to train the newly
hired employees under the Hiring Incentive
Programme (Penjana Kerjaya).

- The objective is to upskill and reskill the newly
hired employees according to the job and
company requirements.

Given to EMPLOYERS ON THEIR NEW
HIRING candidates from the following
categories:

- School-leavers and fresh graduates
- Unemployed persons
- Disabled persons
- VSS/ retrenched
- If self resigned, need to have 2 months
gap not employed

authorized personnel.
