Customers have the choice of:
• Direct Embroidered names on the garment

• Embroidered Patch sewn to the garment

Style Examples




FONT STYLE & CASE SELECTION:

We provide two fonts to chose from:
• Font Style “Script” is only available in Upper
& Lowercase selection for legibility (Pascal Case).

This typeface is also known as Brush Script MT.

• Font Style “Block” is available in Case selection ALL
CAPS or Upper & Lowercase. This typeface is a close
relation to Arial or Helvetica.

FORMATING SELECTION*:

If customer selects any of these options, name will appear

as seen on MAS500 employee roster. Names on rosters
will need to be reviewed for accuracy, prior to launch of
account. *MULTIPLE FORMATS MAY BE SELECTED*

• Full Name

• First Name Only
• Last Name Only

• Initials Only

• First Initial + Last Name

• First Name + Last Initial



ADDITIONAL SELECTIONS*:
If customer selects any of these options, name will follow
what is entered in the name field in SOE or managed

website:

• AS ORDERED
• NICKNAMES ALLOWED



SIZE FORMATING:

As a standard set by our Embroidery Dept, all names in
Block font is set to a letter height of 0.50 inches, Script font
also uses letter height 0.50 inches. If the name is upper and
lower case, the height is the capital letters only. Heights

may change depending on length of names and space on
garment.

Name Patch Formating & Sizing




FORMATING SELECTION:

• Both Script and Block Fonts are available on patches.

• Multiple formats may be selected



SIZE FORMATING:
There is less spacing available on patches and an
abbreviated name format may be needed. We will resize

the name to best fit, if possible, before changing the format.



PATCH SHAPE & COLORS:

• All Patches are available in Flame Resistant thread or
Non-FR (Polyester) thread.

• FR threads have limited color selections while Non-
FR Poly threads have a larger selection.

• The standard patch shape is Rectangular, sizing is

W 4.00 in x H 2.00 in.
• Patch names, backgrounds, and borders can be color
matched in any available thread combination.

• Additional shapes available: Oval, Square, Sharp

Corner and Rounded Corner.
