Energy savings Energy Savings in Winter
The main problem we encounter when heating or cooling industrial premises or buildings with high ceilings is that the heated air remains in the upper air layers of the buildings. HVLS fans homogenize the temperature of the building, taking advantage of the heat accumulated in the upper layers.
Stratidication causes an increase between 0.5 and 1o C per meter of height. HVLS fans reduce energy consumption in up to 45%. In addition, the thermal insulator, placed inside, hels reduce heat losses.

The main problem we encounter when heating or cooling industrial premises or buildings with high ceilings is that the air conditioning does not have the desired effect despite being at maximum power and the cold escapes when opening the doors. HVLS fans generate a breeze that- can be really felt by the people inside the bulding.
In summer, HVLS fans allow the air conditioning equipment to e set at higher temperature levels without compromising comfort. Each further degree generates 8% energy savings. When combined with our ceramic paint, 95% of the UV rays can be re ected to prevent the overheating of the roof.

The combined effect of ventilation, under oor heating and automated windows eliminates humidity and prevents condensation. HVLS fans allow for a swift renovation of the air, which is then channelled to the outside through the automated windows. In addition, in winter, under oor heating keeps the objects dry preventing condensation. Combine it with temperature sensors to optimize its functioning.
Generate Humidity
Water spraying system generate humidity and prevent nancial loss by helping to keep the preoperties of the products longer. Their design can be fully adapted to the rewuirements of each building. Combined with HVLS fans, they achieve a more even distribution of air humidity.

Magnovent offers different solutions that improve processes like paint, liquids, food or seed dry and that also improve the animals living conditions in farms to increase productivity. It has been also shown that improcing the animals living conditions in egg or milk farms, their production in- creased. In fact, HVLS fans were invented for a cow farm.
