Concluding Speech by our proud, visionary Hon'ble Founder and Advisor

Indian References should be inculcated in Research and Patent: Dr. Garg

India has enriched historical study spectrum in the all ields of study and according to a data CSIR
Laboratories scientists published 22,499 research papers ever year where as 5-8 research papers are
published each year by Indian scholars in the famous world level “Nature journal” approximately 600-
700 numbers of patents are being iled every year by different Indian Universities in different
innovations ,Incubation and Start up labs of our Nation for the better life style of the overall human
beings but still there is need for some further addition- said Sir Dr. Panckaj Garg, Honorable Founder and
Advisor of Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University, Jaipur. Dr. Garg was addressing a mammoth gathering
of learned participants as the Academic wizards of their ields reached here from the different
prestigious Institutions of the Country, Faculty members, Research Scholars, Students and other
dignitaries of the University on the third and inal day of the National Conference on Recent Engineering
Trends in Community Development and Women Participation ETCDWP-2018.
Dr. Garg though expressed satisfaction on number of papers
presented, ideas generated in the all three days in technically
discussed brain exercise sessions but he sought some sort of
addition by the Indian scholars and from the people called as the
guiding factors of the Research arena through out the world. During
his thirty minutes sparking deliverance founder of Nation's First
State Private Women's University added that India has a very rich
inherent source of published informations and thought generating
history available in the different religious books like Vedas and
others and their concept are taken in the scienti ic invention but are
not used in the references wonderfully. This winner of India book of
World records as the Youngest Founder of a University equipped
example of Puspak Viman Comes in a Story of Ramayana and
invention of AGNI MISSILE by ISRO Bangalore. According to this
thought process lab generator personality in the Country if any Idea
is being taken from your Indian resources then in references they
must be mentioned in any future publications, Innovations, Start
ups and Patents works and publication where they are cited for. This
role model for academic set up trend setter for Women higher
technical and professional Education reminded to the around 500
audience present in the Rekha Govil Sabhagar that Indian
Sciencetist Aryabhat was the Indian Scientists who said in the ifth
century that earth pulls any objects towards its center but Newton
who took born in the sixteen th century enjoys the credits of
invention of Gravity as one of the examples and this happened due
to less citation of our Indian Researchers and Scientist and their
contribution in our Research and publication work.

Dr. Garg vehemently appreciated the dedicating and daring academic leadership of the Honorable
Chairperson of the University JV'n Vidushi Gargji as the Youngest Chancellor of Nation's First State
Private Women's University. Dr. Panckaj Garg also announced that all Faculty of the University should
plan for the next year's International conferences by collaborating the International Institutions and
bodies. Other dignitaries who were present in the concluding gathering of National Conference includes
Professor (Dr.) B.N. Prasad, Chair Professor, C.V. Raman Chair, Prof. (Dr.) Onkar Singh, Ex Vice Chancellor,
