Inauguration of New Panchkarma Centre at Suryansh Arogyashala
On the auspious occasion of Basant Panchmi a new panchkarma centre was
inaugurated at Suryansh Arogyashala by Honorable chairperson JV'n Ms.
Vidhusi Garg. Panchakarma is Ayurveda's primary purification and
detoxification treatment. Panchakarma means "five therapies". These 5
therapeutic treatments eliminate toxins from the body, they are : Vamana,
Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. The series of these five
therapies help remove deep rooted stress and illness-causing toxins from the
body while balancing the doshas (energies that govern all biological functions).
The new panchkarma centre was opened to promote medical tourism which
would be helpful for the nearby communities and villages. On this occasion
university's founder and advisor Dr. Panckaj Garg spread awareness about this
new Panchkarma centre and its benefits at Multi-Speciality 100 beded Aayush
Hospital. Along with the nearby communities, the students and university staff
will also get benefit from this centre. The Panchkarma technique has its own
importance in the medical field and by using this technique here, students and
villagers will also be blessed.

Youth - Nations Future - An Introspection - Part 1
The power of a thriving nation is known from its people. A powerful nation, where democracy reigns, can challenge any global power. But the
chances are brighter when that nation is India. India is a nation which boasts of a power which is the youth power. You just can't ignore the
power of the youth of this great nation. The youth is Intelligent, aspirational and has the zeal to prove themselves. I must admit that the youth
of India is ready to catapult themselves into the something which is constructive and put all their energies into nation building. But having said
that, deep inside there is a feeling of fear. This article actually is an Introspection of my fear.
Based out my own experiences, my fear towards the youth increases day by day, when I see them not being able to recognize the immense
talent with which they are bestowed. This happens the most, when he is either in a college or a university. These educational Institutions are
those places where he attains knowledge in the field of his Interest and makes him or her career ready, but normally its observed that the
students are just too busy to gather book knowledge. The main concern is to somehow score good marks. We have seldom seen students
striving for practical knowledge. Until and unless we do not challenge the knowledge gained from the books and put them to practical
exposure we are not going to achieve anything. There are many people who have not only had the book knowledge but had also the guts to
go out and challenge it in their own might by throwing themselves to practical knowledge. Bil Gates, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Dhirubhai
Ambani are few from the many who by their sheer passion for practical approach have made a name for themselves.
It's time that the youth realizes the potential within themselves, exploring newer avenues newer challenges with the help of technology. Our
brain is the nerve center of all the activities, but above them it is the epicenter of ideas for exploration, where the ideas are irrigated with the
immense practical knowledge.
This article "Youth - Nations Future - An Introspection" is 1st in the series of articles. The second part of the article shall appear in the following
part of the Jayoti Muhim. The idea behind this article is to motivate the youth, who can steer themselves to the right direction in their Life.
