Sansthan Triveni Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Professor Santosh Mittal presented "Personalized and
Customized Learning". She said that there should be three types of qualities mainly among the students,
such as desires, skills and curiosity. Detailed the information about the principles of personalized
learning and important features for the teaching profession.

session ethics of the conference.

of the Conference RATMED 2018




Future of Education is Incredibly Dynamic and Mobile: Dr. Garg

“One child, one teacher, one pen and one book can change the world.
Teachers are the irst guiding step in this big world. Without a mentor
over our heads, a guide to distinguish right from wrong, we will be just
bodies' without spirit”.

Dr. Garg was addressing a mammoth gathering of learned
participants from the different prestigious Institutions of the Country
on the third and inal day of the National Conference on “Recent
Advances in Teaching Methodology and Education

Development” RATMED-2018 organized by Faculty of Education &

Methodology on the 7-9 of May 2018.
Experiments and analysis are going on in the different innovations, Incubation and Start up labs of our

Nation for the better life style of the overall human beings but still there is need for some further
addition. Dr. Garg appreciated the papers presented by academicians and scholars in the Conference.
The conference brought together a group of experts and academicians to explore new forms of teaching,
learning and assessment for an interactive world. It is hoped that these new forms will provoke major
shifts in educational practice among practitioners, particularly in tertiary education.

Dr. Garg said that education institutions are facing new challenges in this dynamic era. Educators need to
face and address today's learning landscape offering new insights, fresh ideas and experiences from
different perspectives. Ancient pedagogies which started off as a “sage on the stage” and moved on to a
small set of basic teaching methods (instruction, discovery and inquiry) have been extended to become a
profusion of pedagogies and their interaction with their own philosophical and pedagogical theories.

The future for education is seen as incredibly dynamic and mobile. The engine for learning is a
continuous cycle of engagement and re lection. Dr. Garg further added that teachers have to discusses
the major role of assessment in student learning, sound design approaches and ways that how
assessment can be structured to recognize student diversity and prepare students for success in the
world of the 21st century.

Dr. Garg vehemently appreciated the dedicating academic leadership of the Hon'ble Chairperson of the
University JV'n Vidushi Garg ji as the Youngest Chancellor of Nation's First State Private Women's
University. Dr. Garg also announced that all Departments of the University should plan for the next year's
International conferences by collaborating with the International Institutions and bodies. Other
dignitaries present in the concluding gathering of National Conference includes Chair professor Prof.
