The following are the new features that have been incorporated into qmiles.com and released to
the public. These new features are aimed at enhancing ease of use and improving us-
ers’ (members’) overall online experience.
 Redesign of the Privilege Club homepage (Look and feel in line with the recent changes to

qatarair-ways.com)
 New online booking flow – This new functionality allows members to switch between a rev-

enue and redemption booking with a convenient “toggle” option during an online booking pro-
cess.
 Book now, pay later (on-hold booking) feature: This feature allows members additional
time to make a redemption booking and return at a specified time limit to complete the ticket-
ing process.
