DESIGN Artist’s Impression
The Akora is seven townhouses, each two storey, one 2 bedroom and 6
three bedroom dwellings including: main bathroom and ensuite, kitchen,
living area expendable to outside alfresco area and a private garage.
The downstairs living room and kitchen are tiled, kitchen contains quartz
bench tops, tiled splash back, and a 5 burner gas cook top. The bathroom
contains floor to ceiling tiles with recesses plus a wall mounted vanity.
The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted and contain a neutral palette
suggesting of warmth and homeliness.
AKORA
Akora is an Indigenous word meaning ‘home’ or ‘dwelling’.
