QUALITY CONTROL

WE HOLD OURSELVES TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

Jamar’s quality team is committed to the highest standards in quality and performance, and it all begins
with defined and consistent project management activities. Before a project begins, a Jamar Project
Manager assumes the responsibility, in conjunction with the Quality Manager in developing a site-
specific plan. Working from a corporate manual, rooted in the stringent requirements of the nationally
recognized ASME and AWS codes, we review work scopes and plan for proper execution prior to
starting the work.

Applicable codes, plans and specifications are reviewed to ensure that critical steps are properly
aligned and accounted for in the execution and inspection plan. The same rigorous approach is applied
to all elements of our services regardless of market, industry or discipline from civil construction
through commissioning and start-up.

Our projects are continuously audited and reviewed for conformance while in progress by the
Jamar Quality Inspection Staff. This ensures that the established plan is carried out and a thorough
documentation package is submitted to the end user and any regulating agencies upon completion.

This concentrated effort is required to ensure that we meet our own high standards and fulfill the
exacting specifications and expectations of our customers.

PRE CONSTRUCTION

In construction, surprises are a bad thing. That’s why we put significant effort into the front end of your
project to understand your goals and control for risk. Our pre-construction planning is systematic and
thorough, leaving nothing to chance.

By the end, it means we have full accountability to the budget, timeline and success of your project.

VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one of the handiest tools in our chest. Through the program,
architects, engineers and construction professionals create a 360-degree building plan that allows
them to coordinate details of a project before it begins.

This helps us identify potential spacial conflicts, minimize site changes, maximize prefabrication
opportunities and reduce design/construction during installation.

After our work is done, the 3D file is yours to keep. You can use this to help manage your building. In
addition to the drawings, it can include the project notes from architects, designers, engineers and
subcontractors.

BIM saves time, material and, ultimately, money.

LEED - SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION

We believe sustainability is just good business, and we’ve been building that way for a long time.
We work hard to bring our customers the most innovative and practical solutions to reduce their
environmental footprint.

projects in the health care, schools, government, office and hospitality markets.

With LEED Accredited Professionals at every level of our project delivery system, we have the
