Introduction

Iftitah Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is a distribution company registered in Malaysia, a country in South
East Asia. We located in Bandar Baru Bangi in the state of Selangor, central region of Malaysia.

With our experienced and knowledge, we will satisfy our clients with better solutions using new
and advanced technology in the market. Our primary business is DISTRIBUTION: -

1. Medical Instrument - Blood Irradiator, Digital Mammography, C-Arm, Mobile X-Ray,
Digital X-Ray, Hematology Analyzer, Urine Diagnostics Analyzer, Blood Gas, Steam
Sterilizer and Medical Freezer.

2. Scientific & Analytical Instrument - UV Spectrophotometer, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer,
AAS, Microwave Digestion, Real-Time PCR, PCR, Flammable Safety Cabinet, Biological
Safety Cabinet, Laminar Flow, Chemical Fume Hood (Ductless and with Ducting) and
Laboratory Refrigerator.

3. Petroleum Research Instrument - Core Flood System, VPA Syringe Pump, CAPRI,
Porosimeter, Rock Compressibility, Rock Core Scanner, PCD Bearing Test System, Single
Point Cutter Test System, Drilling Simulator Test System, Polyaxial Block Test System, XRD
and XRF.

Key Management Personnel

Mr. Abdul Syukor Bin Othman (Chief Executive Officer)

He has over 8 years’ experiences working in a firm specialised in

distribution of medical devices & scientific instrument i.e. Blood

Irradiation, Mammography, Radiography and

Chromatography.

He is currently the Radiation Protection Officer, Safety & Health
Officer and successfully qualified as Lead Auditor for ISO 18001.
He is the main key person in getting Iftitah Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd

to be the sole distributor for most of the company’s principals.
He has Master Degree in Industrial Safety Management and
Bachelor in Nuclear Science.

Mrs. Halijah Binti Abdan (Chief Operation Officer)
6 years working experience in Administration and Finance with
significant operating scale and complexity. She joined Iftitah
Solutions in early 2014 and closely worked with CEO, Encik Abdul

Syukor. As CFO, she oversees the accounting, business support,

financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, investor relations,
internal audit and tax functions at Iftitah.

Mr. Shukri Bin Suhari (Chief Finance Officer)
He is a Chartered Accountant, member of Malaysian Institute of
Accountants (MIA) and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.)
He also has over 10 years of professional experience in several
medium sizes accounting firm. As his past experienced was in the
professional practice, he was involved in auditing small to large
corporation ranging from various industries including
manufacturing, trading, construction and engineering, investment
and properties holdings companies.

With his trained accounting, auditing, taxation, company
secretarial and corporate advisory background, he is able to
provide valuable advise and services for Iftitah. As part of a value-
added service to Iftitah’s clients, he always ensure that the clients
receive professional and prompt services of the highest standard.

Mrs. Zarifah Afiqah Binti Zainal (HR & Administrative Manager)
She obtained her Degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in
Computer Science. She was also the company designer for
Marketing purposes and helping to develop the company image.

She is the important person that helping the growth of the
company and significantly increase the Sales Revenue every year.
With her experience handling the Human Resources by selecting
the right person helped the company to reduce the overhead
and convert it to revenue.

Ms. Siti Azlen Binti Ithnin (Finance & Account Manager)
She obtained her Degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA in
Business Administrative (Finance). She is the important person
for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of
assigned customers, connecting with key business executives
and stakeholders and to ensure the time and successful
delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Her responsibilities is to accomplishes finance and organization
mission by completing related results as needed.

Mrs. Khairunnisa Rezki Utami (PR & Marketing Manager)
She obtained her Degree from HELP University in Public Relation.
She was also the company spokeperson in the Business
Development Unit.

She is also one of important key person that helping the growth of
the company and significantly increase the Sales Revenue every
year. With her vast experience handling the business and clients
locally and internationally helps Iftitah to move forward each year.
