25 yards. Must know flutter, dolphin and breaststroke kicks using kickboard.

all competitive strokes and be able to swim 50 yards upon mastering required skills. Prerequisites: Feet first surface
dives, front and back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly. Must be able to complete 50
yards, two lengths of the pool.

LEARN-TO-SWIM (ages 6+): Level 6 (Split with Level 5) Refine strokes so participants swim them with more ease,
efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distances. Course is designed for those who wish to join swim team or
swim for fitness. Prerequisites: Tuck and pike surface dives to bottom of pool, front flip-turn and back flip-turn while
swimming. Must be able to swim 100 yards of each competitive stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) while
maintaining proper technique.

Private lessons are taught one-on-one for those who want to learn quickly or for those not ready for a group
environment. The level taught will be determined by the instructor on the first day of class.

lSpecial Needs Lessons (All Ages) $60 (member) or $65 (non-member) / person Four 30-min. classes
This is a private lesson for those with special needs and is tailored to accommodate those needs.Please inform your
coordinator of specific needs so the appropriate instructor can be assigned upon setting up lesson time.

Yoga for Spine Alignment & Health

Beaumont Physical Therapy at the Neighborhood Club will be offering a new small group adaptive yoga class for adults. Yoga for Spine
Alignment and Health is a gentle yet effective yoga class for people with chronic spinal pain. Each class will build on the previous class.
Students must be able to transfer up and down from the floor but poses will be individualized as needed to use props, a wall or chair for

support. Instructed by a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will need a Physician’s okay to participate

Bike Fit

Proper fitting of your bike to your body ensures maximum comfort and a great ride with superior power/wattage. Improper positioning on your
bike can result in a disappointing ride. Anything less means riding with sore/numb hands, feet, derriere and inefficient performance. Let our
certified physical therapist make your ride more comfortable.

Fee: $140 for 2 sessions. This includes evaluation, fitting and follow up.
