Fancy Pokket Bakery 2210

Fancy Pokket Corporation in Moncton which was established
in June 1989 in a 1,000 sq foot facility with three employees.
Today, the bakery consists of 45,000 sq. ft. and employs 70
people. Fancy Pokket is the largest producer of pita bread,
bagels, tortilla wraps, Naan bread and flatbread in Atlantic
Canada. In 2019, we constructed a 58,000 sq. ft. dedicated
Gluten Free facility in South Carolina which produces a variety of
gluten free products, such as Sliced bread, Hotdog& hamburger
Buns, pound cake loaves, muffins, cookies and brownies.

Located in Milan Quebec, Lapierre Maple Farm harvest from
over 170k maple trees making us one of the largest maple farm
in Canada. Our harvest is made following organic guidelines in
ways that limit the impact of maple production on the forest.
Our organic maple syrup is single farmed and bottle directly at
the sugarhouse making it 100% traceable and of very consistent
flavor profile. We pride ourselves into using ancestral techniques
such as wood-fired evaporators in order to provide syrups with
authentic flavors and colors.
