restaurants.

The group includes 3 hotel brands:
VIP Hotel, Horizon Hotel and Waterfront Hotel.
In addition to 4 restaurants:
Fait Maison, Rakwat Arab, Anjar, and Zwain Resto.

Rakwat Arab Premium Restaurant is a Jordanian
restaurant concept designed to deliver a modern
yet authentic Arabian experience.

Located at Katara, Rakwat Arab caters to different
types of restaurant goers. There, traditional dishes
and appetizers are served alongside soups,
beverages, and coffees, as well as Shishas, all of
which can be enjoyed indoors or on the spacious
terrace.

Blending modernity and the sophistication of
traditional design, the restaurant offers a nostalgic
and welcoming atmosphere which customers love.

Fait Maison, located at the heart of Katara,

Coming Soon Bekaa Valley of Lebanon, Anjar Restaurant takes

original Lebanese cuisine reflecting Lebanon’s

ingredients of Lebanese cuisine, a tantalizing fusion

experience started at first in the The Village (Dbayeh)
and has expanded in different Lebanese areas covering
the capital, mountains and sea. Now we have six
branches: The Village (Dbayeh), Broumana Villa
(Broumana), Seaside Aigue Marine (Jounieh), The
Backyard (Hazmieh), St. Nicolas (Achrafieh) & Faqra
Club (Faqra).

Esco-bar Tex-Mex cocktail bar makes you nostalgic for a

OUR MANAGEMENT

Mr. Elie Gebrael, acting as the F&B Division Director, has
more than 13 years of experience in the field of consultation
and operation in relation to multifaceted projects throughout
the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Elie has previously served as
FM Division Manager at Qatar Star Services where he was
responsible for managing and implementing strategies,
analysis, evaluation and performance review, branding
creation, inventory, and P&L costing. Mr. Elie also took on the
role of leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training,
and appraising talented personnel. In addition, he was
responsible for establishing targets, policies and procedures,
identifying customer needs and managing daily operations.

Mr. Elie has held positions in the past as Restaurant
Operations Manager at Profeed Restaurant Concept, Kuwait,
Location Manager at S.J.Abed Catering and Hospitality,
Catering Total and AGIP, Nigeria, in addition to other senior
level functions which provided him with an extensive
experience that helped to lay a solid career foundation
coupled with numerous achievements and accolades.

Mr. Elie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from
the Lebanese Hospitality Institute in Lebanon. He was
awarded multi-international certificates, among which are ISO
9001-22000-14001-45001, T.BOSIET, H2S, HACCP, in
addition to other food and management certificates.

OUR MANAGEMENT

Mr. Said Haddad, acting as the Group Chairman Advisor,
plays a key role in ensuring that all accounting and financial
functions are accurately and properly fulfilled.

Mr. Haddad occupied several significant positions that
formed the basis of his career path development starting
with Al Khayyat Trading and Contracting Qatar in 2011
where he held the position of Accountant. The following
year, Mr. Haddad joined Urbacon Plant Machinery and
Equipment Qatar where he held the position of Senior
Accountant. In 2014, Mr. Haddad moved to Urbacon Plant
Machinery and Equipment Qatar as its Chief Accountant
and in 2016, he served as the Finance Manager of Aura
Lifestyle Holding, Qatar. Mr. Haddad succeeded in acquiring
the proper knowledge and experience which led him to hold
the position of Group Finance Manager at Power
International Holding Qatar in 2019.

Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from
Damascus University and a CMA certificate.
