Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients: Instructions:

High Gluten Flour 200 g 1. Add sugar and salt into the sifted flour
Pumpkin 100 g in a large bowl. Then, mix it.
Milk 60 ml
Brown Sugar 30 g 2. Mash the steamed pumpkin
Butter 20 g (previously cut into pieces) and add into
Yeast 3 g the large bowl. Mix it.
Salt 2 g
3. Add and stir the yeast in a cup of
warm milk. Pour it into the large bowl
and mix well. Bring the mixture together
with your hand to make it into dough.

4. Add in butter and knead the dough.
Wait for 45 minutes which allows the
dough to rise.

5. Divide the dough into 8 equal
portions. Shape the dough into ball
shape. Again, leave the dough for 45
minutes.

6. Preheat the oven at 140˚C for 15
minutes. Bake the dough for 20 minutes
at 160 ˚C. 7. Cool down for several
minutes and then take the pumpkin
bread out of the tray. Serve while still
warm.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

Chicken Burger

Ingredients: Instructions:

1 pc chicken breast 1. Mix the freshly chopped broccoli, corn
20g corn(boiled) and carrot into minced chicken.
30g broccoli (boiled)
20g carrot (boiled) 2. Add light soy sauce ,dark soy sauce,
3 tablespoon light soy sauce sesame oil, salt, black pepper and corn
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce starch.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 tablespoon salt 3.Marinate for 20 minutes.

2 tablespoon corn starch 4.Divide the meat into 4 equal sized
balls.

5.Fry with little cooking oil until they
turned golden colour.

Paratha wrap 1. Cut carrot into flower shape.
2-3 eggs
1/2 of a carrot 2. Cut the bell pepper to you desired

and sesame oil. Mix until combined.

4. Line air fryer compartment with wax

7 large eggs 1. Cut the carrot and hotdogs into small
2 hotdogs (fine chopped) pieces.
1/2 carrot (fine chopped)
3 small onions (fine chopped) 2. Mix the fine chopped carrots and

1/2 tablespoon black pepper
3. Add salt and black pepper into the
mixture.

4. Pour some mixture into the pan and
wait for 1-2 minutes.

5. Lift up the edge of the mixture and
roll it.

6. Spoon some mixture again into the
skillet and roll it.

7. Repeat the process until it becomes a
bigger roll.

8. Shape the omelette into rectangular
shape.

9. Cut the omelette into slices.

10. Cool down for several minutes and
serve with rice while still warm.

2 ulas bawang putih
2 keping roti bijirin penuh 1 biji bawang holland
2 biji telur ayam Cendawan Inoki (1 pek kecil)

Timun (separuh biji) 2 sudu makan minyak masak
Tomato (suku biji) Salad
1 biji lada benggala

Cara penyediaan: (sambungan) Kemudian masukkan bahan
tersebut bersama 2 sudu makan minyak
1. Potong dadu untuk timun dan tomato masak ke dalam pengisar dan kisar

1 tablespoon tuna 6. Place the bread on the eggs.
7. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
8. Add in the avocado, cheese and tuna.
9. Fold the bread and press with wooden
spatula.
10. Serve and cut the hot avocado toast
sandwich.

Tempeh Eggs Sandwich

Bread 1. Wash the tomato and butterhead, cut
