‫ﺧﺪﻣﺎ�ﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻓﻲ ‪ AFMC‬ﻧﺴﻌﻰ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺩﻋﻢ ﺻﻨﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻘ�ﺍﺭ ﻭ� ّﻭﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺣﻠﻮﻝ ﻭﻣﻘﺘﺮﺣﺎﺕ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﻭﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺧﺪﻣﺎ�ﻨﺎ ﻣﺎﻳﻠﻲ‪:‬‬

‫ﺇﺳﺘ�ﺍ�ﻴﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﺍﻵﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻬﻴﻜﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﺟ�ﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻭﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﺎﻳﻠﻲ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺇﻧﺸﺎﺀ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﺩﻋﻢ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ ﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ‬
‫ﺗﺄﺳﻴﺲ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ ﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺸ�ﻭﻋﺎﺕ )‪.(PMO‬‬

‫ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ ‪ AFMC‬ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﻭﺍ�ﺨﺎﺫ ﺍﻹﺟ�ﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻟﺨﻠﻖ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﻣﺴﺘﺪﺍﻣﺔ‪ .‬ﻭ�ﺘ�ﺍﻭﺡ ﺑ�ﺍﻣﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺤ ّﻮﻝ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻫﻴﻜﻠﺔ‬
