JEDDAH SEASONS YOUTUBE BATTLE ROYALE

This unique World Class event brings TOP Youtubers from different countries.
They have over Million followers through their different Social Media platforms.
The event will mix a Youtube with a squad of other players classified through an
open Qualifier tournament that will take place in the Sports Hall King Abdullah
Stadium.

The first day of the tournament will be focussed on an
Open Qualifier tournament in which all participants
previously suscribed, will be competing for a seat on one
YouTube Squad.
During the second day of the tournament, all players

qualified on the th, will be placed with a Youtuber in a

LVP COMMITMENTS

! Broadcast material ٪ ANEX details (final material can be slightly different depending on local suppliers and final budget

- Youtuber&s channels: All youtubers will be broadcasting the tournament for a wider audience impact.
- Event&s official channel ٪ LVP will create, manage, coordinate and adapt broadcast and graphic design of the
broadcasting for a proper tournament audiovisual impact throughout the gaming audience.
! Venue render and competition branding book:
- Creation of unique tournament branding and competition design.
- Scenography design and set-up

! International Casters for tournament broadcast.
! Promotional video and image material ( videos).

WHAT WILL BE NEEDED FROM LOCAL PARTNER (Merlin Producciones)

! Visa paperwork, permits and coordination.
! Access control to the venue
! Security for the venue during the days previous to the event and the days of the event.

! Medical assistance as set per local laws for an event of this size.
! Event promotion and Social Media management ٪ All communication related to the event to be managed by
local partner (Merlin
Producciones). LVP will assist on material and video according the previous slide.
! Local permissions needed by Saudi laws.

! Ticketing and venue access: Promotion to sell tickets will also be handle locally by Local partner.
! In case LVP needs to hire local workforce, Merlin will assist on coordinating best ways or suppliers to hire
in the country and if local
payment is needed, Merlin will assist coordinating local payments and will charged to LVP for the total cost
of the service.

! Internet connectivity in the venue
! Licenses and documentation required (technical project, emergency plan, etc ...)
! Tourism event fee, Municipility Fees, Pro Services, Insurance, Venue Fee.
