NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited from the contractors who have worked with the CPWD/ State/
Railway/ central Govt. Undertakings and those who have worked in ITI Limited Raebareli for the
under mentioned work.

Quotation documents for above work can be obtained from the office of the undersigned (ITI
Township Sector-I, near main sub-station) up to 12-02-2016 on any working day between 11.00 AM
to 04.00 PM.

ITI reserves the right not to issue quotation documents to parties who are apparently not
experienced, ITI will not be responsible for any delay, loss or not receipt of quotation if sent by post.

The last date of receipt of quotation is 13-02-2016 up to 3.00 PM and will be opened on the
same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of available quotationers/ agencies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Name of work: Rewinding/ Repair of 20/25 HP Submersible pump sets (02 Nos.)

1. Payment terms: 90% payment, through local cheque, will be made after successful completion
of each work. However running bills may also be accepted.

2. Validity of work order: One year from the date of issue of work order.
3. Completion Period: Work shall be completed within 15 days from the date of issue of out pass

for pump set.
4. To and fro transportation charges shall be born by the contractor.
5. Guarantee period: The work shall be guaranteed for any defect and liabilities for a period of

six months from the date of completion of work.
6. Security deposit: 10% work done value will be deducted from the bill as security money and

will be kept up to guarantee period.
7. Penalty clause: It will be 0.5% per week subject to maximum 10% for delay in completion of

work.
8. All the taxes & Govt. levies shall be borne by the contractor.
9. All tools and tackles will be arranged by the party for execution of the work.
10. General terms & conditions as applicable will be a part of contract.
11. Contractor shall be responsible for good conduct of their staff and will borne medical

treatment charges and complete responsibilities/ liabilities of their staff during any accident.
