Dear Community Supporters, This has been an exciting time in the history of Carmel Education Foundation! Not only have we benefited from unprecedented support of the community for our two signature fundraising events, we have had the great fortune of working with an engaged and invested board of directors. The foundation is thriving because of the individuals who serve not only on our board, but on our grant, scholarship, and event committees. The level of professional experience they contribute, along with vision and focus is allowing us to level up year after year. This is evident in the addition of the ACHIEVE Initiative as a new pillar of programming focused on preparing students for their future careers, the addition of the Rise and Grow Fund to provide resources for mental health support, and in many "behind the scenes" endeavors such as converting our fiscal year, implementing new scholarship software, and expanding our staff. Thank you for your belief in the foundation and for being part of our success- it truly is a community endeavor. 2 Dallas Shelby Board President Jennifer Penix Executive Director
