Introduction
KTP-RIGS-SDG is a special internal grant scheme funded by
Research Management Centre (RMC) and managed by Office
of Industrial Links (OIL). Similar to the National KTP, this grant is
established to support the Knowledge Transfer Programme
towards capacity building to effectively engage academia,
industry, community and government agency as part of the
Quadruple Helix Model of innovation and catalysts for
transformations.
The projects implemented under this grant empower IIUM
academic staff who have the expertise in various fields to help
the community and industry by transferring and applying their
research findings, knowledge and skills. KTP-RIGS-SDG highly
encourages greater public involvement in the innovation
processes towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals.
