INTRODUCTION

AVELCO Middle East Company Ltd, part of AVELCO electronics
Canada Corporation, started its operations in Saudi Arabia in 2006 by
establishing a state of the art manufacturing facility in Riyadh. This factory
has identified as the unique one in the industry of manufacturing Raised Floor
products in Middle East with independent production lines for wood, calcium
sulphate and cement core panels. The factory also has in house production facility for
the manufacturing of perforated panels (Airflow panels) and raised floor under structures.
With the advantage of the strategic location of the factory and offices, AVELCO provided timely
support to its customers with quality products and fast deliveries. In order to maintain error free
transactions, quality control systems has implemented in each procedure from raw material
sourcing to after sales supports. As a result, AVELCO is enjoying large number of satisfied
customers in its account

SYSTEMS & APPLICATIONS

Raised Floor System is one of the core business of AVELCO. Earlier times, raised floor was used only
in the data centres and computer rooms. Due to the increased application of advance technology
which need proper cable management, raised floor became common as an effective cable
management solution in commercial buildings, clean rooms, data centres, banks, ministries,
schools, labs, universities, corporate offices etc. By identifying various applications, AVELCO
manufacturing raised floor system using cement, calcium sulphate and wood as the cores and
panels made with bare finish, ceramic finish, carpet or antistatic finishes with high-pressure
lamination or with vinyl.
Based on the industry requirements, AVELCO identifies two segments of Raised Floor markets.

1. Technical Flooring and Clean Room Solutions
2. Commercial Flooring and Office Solutions
By understanding the requirement of both segments, AVELCO introduced various systems to
provide an optimum solution to meet the project requirements.
