หลักการใช้ Passive Voice

หลักการใช้ คือ ใช้เน้นผูัถูกกระทำ หรือเน้นกรรมของประโยค ทำให้ประโยค
โฟกัสไปที่ผู้ถูกกระทำ เช่น
-3 men robbed the ABC bank yesterday.
= 3หนุ่มปล้นธนาคารเอบีซี เมื่อวานนี้ประโยคนี้เน้น(ผู้กระทำ)
เปรียบเทียบ
-The ABC bank was robbed yesterday.
= ธนาคารเอบีซีถูกปล้นเมื่อวาน(ประโยคเน้นถูกกระทำ)

สรุป
-หลักการใช้Passive Voice คือใช้เน้นผู้ถูกกระทำ ไม่เน้นผู้กระทำเอง

โครงสร้าง Passive Voice

โครงสร้าง passive voice หลักๆเลย จะต้องมี Verb to be กำกับด้วยเสมอ
(is, am, are, was, were, been)

โครงสร้าง passive voice ของ Present Tense
Sim - S + is,am,are + V3
Con - S + is,am,are + being + V3
Per - S + have,has + been + V3
Per Con - S + have,has + been + being + V3

โครงสร้าง passive voice ของ Past Tense
Sim - S + was,were + V3
Con - S + was,were + being + V3
Per - S + had + been + V3
Per Con - S + had + been + being + V3

หลักการใช้ Passive Voice ทั้ง 12 ตัว

Passive Voice ต้องเป็นคำกริยาที่มีกรรมเท่านั้น เพราะคำ
แปลจะต้องมีคำว่า ใครหรืออะไร ถูกทำอะไรเสมอ ส่วนคำว่า
by ที่แปลว่าโดย บางครั้งอาจจะมีหรือไม่มีก็ได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้พูด

และบางประโยคไม่ต้องมีเลยก็ได้ เช่น
A fish was eaten. - ปลาถูกกินไปแล้ว
(ประโยคนี้ต้องการสื่อแค่ว่าปลาถูกกิน ส่วนอะไรกินปลานั้นไม่
สน)
A fish was eaten by a cat. - ปลาถูกกินไปแล้วโดย
แมวตัวหนึ่ง
(ประโยคนี้เป็นการสื่อความแบบสมบูรณ์)

Present Simple Tense (ใช้บ่อย)
Rice is eaten by me. ข้าวถูกกินโดยฉัน
Present Continuous Tense (ใช้ไม่บ่อยเท่าไหร่หรอก)
Rice is being eaten by me. ข้าวกำลังถูกกินโดยฉัน
Present Perfect Tense (นานๆเห็นที)
Rice has been eaten by me. ข้าวถูกกินแล้วโดยฉัน
Present Perfect Continuous Tense (ไม่ต้องใช้ก็ได้)
Rice has been being eaten by me. ข้าวกำลังถูกกินแล้วโดยฉัน




Past Tense

Past Simple Tense (ใช้บ่อยเหมือนกัน)
Rice was eaten by me. ข้าวได้ถูกกินโดยฉัน
Past Continuous Tense (ไม่ค่อยจะเห็นเลย)
Rice was being eaten by me. ข้าวได้ถูกกำลังกินโดยฉัน
Past Perfect Tense (ไม่ค่อยจะเห็นอีกแหละ)
Rice had been eaten by me. ข้าวได้ถูกกินแล้วโดยฉัน
Past Perfect Continuous Tense (ไม่ต้องใช้ก็ได้)
Rice had been being eaten by me. ข้าวได้กำลังถูกกินแล้วโดยฉัน

Future Tense

Future Simple Tense (ใช้บ่อยเหมือนกัน)
Rice will be eaten by me. ข้าวจะถูกกินโดยฉัน
Future Continuous Tense (ไม่ต้องใช้ก็น่าจะได้)

(Tense ของประโยคเป็น present perfect continuous จึงต้องใช้ passive voice
ในรูป has been / have been + being +V3)

(Past simple ต้องใช้ passive voice ในรูป was/were + V3 และเป็นประโยคคำถาม
จึงขึ้นต้นประโยคด้วย Were …)

3. ประโยคนี้มีกรรม 2 ตัวคือ direct object (book) และ indirect object (me) จึง
สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น passive sentence ได้สองแบบคือ
I was given a book by the teacher yesterday.
หรือ A book was given to me by the teacher yesterday.
(Tense ของประโยคนี้เป็น past simple ต้องใช้ passive voice ในรูป was/were +
V3)

4. Cars are repaired by the mechanic.
(Present simple ต้องใช้ passive voice ในรูป is/am/are + V3)

5. Will Somchai be invited by Pranee to her party?
(Future simple ต้องใช้ passive voice ในรูป will + be + V3
